Disappointing at best
Pros:

Room was comfortable, shower was luke warm ar best, had to step over a tub to get in the shower, tub had a mat to prevent slipping but it was peeling off with evidence of mold on edges. Breakfast not monitored well, items that should have been hot were cold. No labels on food, just had to guess what they were. Need a small fridge for milk and yogurt in breakfast area, those items were in trays that had a little ice in them, mostly melted. As a Bonvoy member I expected more from this brand. I noted the hotel info on the tv said renovation was coming January 2023. 3 years ago! Evidently not complete.

Stayed in the 2 bedroom suite. Brought my dog, wife and kids. All behaved properly, no complaints.
Pros:

The gym is 24hours which is a really nice feature. They don’t have much, but it does the trick. The breakfast was also above average.

Nice but Bathroom Needs Refresh
Pros:

Good location, friendly staff and nice room set up. All the room amenities you could want. Breakfast was typical of what you expect from a hotel. Store marketplace limited selection. Biggest opportunity is to refresh the bathroom. I did not want to shower barefoot.

Perfect for any kind of travel.
Pros:

I like the location, the ease of checking in, and accessing my room. I also like that the property allows pets. The beds are always comfortable.

Cons:

The breakfast left a little more to be desired. (Maybe it's just that I got there later, at 9:00 am)

It was good for the price and the staff was nice

Cons:

Had to change rooms. Heat stopped working in one. Toilet overflowed.

Absolutely recommend this hotel!
Pros:

My husband and I stayed at this hotel while we were in town for my mom’s 98th birthday celebration. The staff were incredibly thoughtful, kind and friendly. The room was spacious, comfortable and clean. The breakfast was delicious and served hot (and the coffee was great). If I ever need to stay at a hotel again while I’m in Greenville, I will likely stay here again.

Pros:

everything was great. The bed was a lil uncomfortable and pillows tooo soft .

Cons:

I was on the 1st floor and the tenants above me must've been playing basketball or wrestling. the noise sounded like they were coming through the ceiling. Front desk was notified and they said they would speak with them. Well it didn't work. the noise continued to about 2am.

Pros:

The breakfast was fabulous and delicious. There was plenty of food left for latecomers that like to sleep in. Also the cookies were yummy too!

Cons:

We requested first floor for my handicapped husband. The location of the room was perfect but I had paid for a king bed room. We ended up with a queen bed. The electric did not work at our side tables so we moved the tables to fix the problem and there was so much dirt and dust there it was disgusting. Otherwise the room was spacious and clean.
