Pros:

It was a little run down and the staff was okay, but not as professional as the other Residence Inn propertiea. The one exception was a man who offered a laundry bin on wheels to help me carry a heavy cooler when no luggage carts were availabl.

Great.
Pros:

I loved the staff. They were nice and friendly. They made sure that me and my family was well taken care of. Also, the area was quiet and clean.

Cons:

The only issue I had was the chair bed it was very uncomfortable. You could feel the bed spring coming through it. Please ensure that it is change.

It’s was okay for one night

Location is great.
Pros:

It has two bedroom with 2 bathrooms.

Cons:

It needs more pots and pans in the room. The pool needs to clean. It’s gross. Staff members have attitude issues. If someone says good morning or good afternoon then it’s common sense to reply back. Have flavored creamers. Would like it to have more than one wheelchair access. There is no railing outside. Walk way is narrow.

Not the experience that I expected
Pros:

Cons:

I didn't not stay because they couldn't find my reservation and then the proceeded to charge me for a night. I even have an email from booking.com stating that they could not accommodate me. I had to call several hotels just to get a room.
