Great stay with few room discrepancies
Pros:

The cooks have excellent attitude 👌 & kept the food on buffet table fresh & breakfast items are full.Good selections. Staffs are wonderful 👍

Cons:

Room curtains have torns,sliding glass mirror on 1 room have cracked on bottom. Sofa bed worn,
Bathroom sinks & bathtub drain issues. Front desk informed us . Renovation in 2 weeks.

They are in the middle of a renovation and someone had to come in and replace both toilets while we were there. I think

TRAVELER, YOU CAN DO BETTER THAN THIS.
Pros:

The M-F am front desk clerk's mood varies between indifferent and sullen. The breakfast was as expected. The deadbolt on the room has a mind of its own. The key cards work differently on different doors. The washer/dryers are impossible to operate. The lighted drive-thru menu at Jack-in-the-Box next door operated 24/7 and shown through our bedroom window. The lever to the toilet required two flushes to operate.

Dirty and old
Cons:

5 dead cockroaches in the hallway sat 6/13 when we got into the room. Still there when we left sun 6/14. Check-in staff was rude and unprofessional. Never looked up, never said hi, just muttered "name and credit card" when I checked in. Very disappointing, and then to find the bugs after that, very disgusting. Cleaning crew had two carts in the hallway, so I thought they would remove the bugs but they did not.
