Pros:

The room was pleasant and comfortable and had what we needed. The staff was beyond helpful -- genuinely engaged and a real highlight. We appreciated our stay there.

Expected more, got less. Will find somewhere else to stay on next visit.

The location was convenient for the event I was attending.

Cons:

I remember the Residence Inn having pretty good food in the past. The food on this visit was garden variety microwaved, nothing to look forward to food.
There appeared to be many homeless people staying in this hotel. Did not feel safe or comfortable.
Although it was listed in the fine print, I was not aware of this hotel charging $12 per day to park. We weren’t staying at the Ritz Carlton. Was not happy to learn of the extra charge upon checkout.

Great stay with few room discrepancies
Pros:

The cooks have excellent attitude 👌 & kept the food on buffet table fresh & breakfast items are full.Good selections. Staffs are wonderful 👍

Cons:

Room curtains have torns,sliding glass mirror on 1 room have cracked on bottom. Sofa bed worn,
Bathroom sinks & bathtub drain issues. Front desk informed us . Renovation in 2 weeks.
