From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted. The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property. 設備が古いのと、外の騒音は残念でした。
バスタブにお湯を溜めたら1泊目は茶色、2泊目は緑色、3泊目はお湯を溜めるのやめました。お風呂に入れなかったのは残念でした。
スイートで楽しみでしたが、そこまでのラグジュアリー館はありませんでした。
We loved the buffet! Variety of food and change of menu daily. The rooms were huge. Comfortable beddings and carpeted flooring. The lobby is beautiful and clean. The toilets had bidets which was very important for us.
We had a disappointing experience with the spa pool during our stay. We were repeatedly asked to leave the spa pool and directed to the "family pool" in the next building. However, upon arriving there, we found that it was not particularly family-friendly at all.
The family pool was actually deeper than the spa pool, with a depth of 4.9 feet compared to the spa pool which was 4.5ft. Even as adults we could not reach the bottom. The area was also very exposed to strong winds, making the water extremely cold, and there was no pool heater available.
We didn't see other families using the pool during our visit. The only child-friendly facilities provided were a single float for our 6-year-old and a small inflatable baby pool placed at the side, which felt inadequate for a pool that was supposedly designated for families.
I hope management will seriously look into this situation and reconsider the current pool rules. The experience left us feeling frustrated and disappointed. Overall, our stay was good and I could have easily given the hotel a perfect 10/10 rating, but because of this experience, I have rated it 9/10 instead. If nothing changes, this may unfortunately be our last visit.

夜の食事付きで予約をしましたがリストに名前がなかった為、一番奥の席を案内されました。
前の方に空いている席がありましたが、何故か一番奥だったので残念でした。

A great heritage building situated in an excellent location. The hotel oozes charm and class. The on-site Cantonese restaurant, Li Yen, is absolutely fantastic. Chef Alex and his staff run an excellent restaurant. The Lobby Lounge and Cobalt Lounge staff were so friendly.
Arriving 2 hours after the permitted check-in time to be told that our room was still undergoing final inspections. Despite this, the manager was gracious enough to allow us a 2 hour extension to our check-out time.

Furnitures a bit run down and no side table plus hair dryer in the single bedroom for our three suits apartment
Beautiful property right at the heart of the city and just around the corner from Jalan Alor. We were greeted warmly by staff at the entrance and check in was super smooth.
Stunning areas to just relax in.
The room was tastefully designed with opulent decor and thoughtful detail. Nicely maintained rooms (could do with replacing the carpet). The bathroom was fantastic - lots of space and great toiletries (Diptyque!!).
We had an extremely early check out so the hotel kindly arranged for us to take away our breakfast!
I will DEFINITELY be back, but for longer!!

We Muslims can't have dinner in the restaurant because there's no halal foods provides in there.We only can have in room dining.
