Cleanness, there was a bad smell in the pillow and it’s really very old pillow, even after complaining they did not change the pillow.
The cabinets smelled like Indian spices.
I had to spray perfumes every day to reduce the effect of the bad smell.

Staff where very friendly and service was excellent, they made the trip enjoyable. The location was also fantastic, connected to a wonderful shopping centre and we loved the overall feel of the accomodation.
Room service food after 10pm was not good.
I appreciated the level of attention and responsiveness once any issue was raised, which reflects well on the team’s commitment to guest experience. I also had the opportunity to meet the management team, who were approachable, helpful, and open to feedback.
That said, in 2026, accommodating vegan and vegetarian guests should be a baseline expectation rather than an afterthought—especially for a hotel of this calibre. I have formally requested improvements in this area, as establishments of this standard should be leading the way in inclusive and forward-thinking dining options, not catching up. Whilst there were a number of vegan and vegetarian options available, the risk of cross-contamination was not managed to an acceptable standard.
With a few meaningful adjustments, this hotel has the potential to deliver a truly exceptional and modern guest experience for all customers, regardless of food preference.
The rooms, the staff and the pleasant treatment.
Tv did not have YouTube or cable tv which may be helpful when you have children during your stay.
The staff were amazing and so pleasant and helpful.
We had a club rooms which my wife and I loved.
We are still waiting for our security deposit to be returned after 9 days. (Security deposit was 1800 myr, the club room we booked was only 1520 myr for the night)
We sent messages via booking.com and no replies at all.
Sent 3 emails and finally got an email back today, saying it can take up to 14 days, they said they processed it and just to wait.
Really that's not good enough, especially when the deposit is more than the price of the room.
