Great location, breakfasts and pool.
Pros:

Very clean large rooms, staff were very professional and friendly and the breakfast options were fabulous.

Cons:

In room coffee facilities are a bit ‘budget’ - no fresh milk in fridge instead were crema sachets.

安くお手頃価格でとても広い部屋に泊まることができた。朝食も良かった。近くにたくさんのショッピングできる場所があり、立地はとても良かった。

Nous avons hâte de revenir à Kuala Lumpur pour y séjourner à nouveau.
Pros:

Nous ne savons même pas par où commencer : dès notre arrivée, le personnel nous a accueillis comme il se doit.
Nous avions réservé une suite deux chambres de 175 m², tout simplement incroyable, avec une petite attention à notre arrivée.

Nous n’avions encore jamais constaté un sens du service aussi poussé. Nous avons même pu bénéficier d’un check-out à 14h, alors que nous n’avions pas réservé via leur site, tout en étant membres GOLD.

Que dire du petit déjeuner, si ce n’est qu’il est exceptionnel, tant par le choix que par la qualité des produits.
La salle de sport est également très bien équipée.

Memorable moments that we will cherish.
Pros:

The breakfast options were fantastic, absolutely something for everyone. The location was accessible to everywhere and a good base.

Cons:

The swimming pool was out of service which was a little disappointing for my children. It would have been great if we were informed earlier so that we could have planned around this.
