Holiday Inn University Plaza-Bowling Green by IHG

Our room was excellent and the staff was as well. Bu I ate breakfast in the restaurant on Saturday morning and it was probably the worst hotel breakfast I’ve had in years.

I went for a leisure event and the hotel was very nice staff was friendly and the rooms are beautiful, I was very comfortable there is No microwave in the rooms but there is one on every floor. It is really a beautiful hotel. I was very impressed.

Had a great experience. The location and the atmosphere were very convenient and laid back. It was very clean and quiet so I slept great. There was some confusion on my part with my priority club ID number and staff on site were extremely helpful to explain my issues. Could not have asked for a friendlier experience. Would definitely recommend!

Continental breakfast was 16.00 have had much better for free. Cook was bald with a dig beard no hairnet.

We always enjoy staying at this hotel. This is our third time. And they now have completely remodeled. We had a very spacious roomthat had a living room in a bedroom to televisions ideal. we love that they have a restaurant and a bar on campus.

The hotel is clean, nice environment, great customer service, and the room was great!

Hotel is currently being remodeled, but appears to be close to the end. Our room was well appointed and very clean. Two queen sized beds that were comfortable. The lobby area has been refreshed. It’s an open atrium style hotel which felt nostalgic. Did not have time to check out the pool area or dine at the restaurant, but it offers both. It is close to shopping and restaurants as well as the university which is why we were in town. The room description on Priceline was inaccurate. That needs corrected. But otherwise everything was wonderful!

I was there for the Baptist General Association conference. I would rather have an iron and an ironing board instead of a steamer because there’s nowhere really to hang your clothes to do the steaming. Also, if the steamers are replacing the iron and iron boy, it would be nice to have one already in your room instead of having to go to the desk to ask for one or to call down for one.It would also be helpful if the hostess would tell you where your ice compartment is located on each floor. It would also be helpful to have a menu of the dining room area in the rooms so customers could know when the dining room is open and close.

Nice bed and clean room! Downfall was the ice maker was on a different floor along with the microwave, Also went while they were renovating which was kind of annoying, The bathroom sink wouldn’t drain and pool said it was heated but water was very cold. If you don’t mind taking a hike for ice or using the microwave and swimming in a cold pool this hotel is for you.

Our bathroom sink did not drain well. We called twice but no one ever arrived. The next morning getting ready was difficult. At the front desk they said it had been reported as “fixed”. No apology.

The hotel is undergoing renovations but we were not put out even a little bit. Everything was clean, organized, and upbeat. Room? So comfortable. The pretty & warm young ladies at the breakfast were among the nicest people I’ve ever met!

The rooms were fantastic, but because of renovations, the breakfast was not set up as well as it has been in the past. Maybe the time we visit the renovations will be completed and looking and running beautifully.

Great location. Nestled among restaurants and shops. Under renovation, which made it difficult to enjoy. Paint fumes in atrium/lobby so we could not hang out there. Makeshift restaurant in a conference room. Our ADA room was close to the elevator - a plus...but…the bathroom and shower had NO grab bars at all. The automated handicap entry doors from the parking lot did not work. We were surprised to be charged $8 daily parking. Overall, it was nice and will be better when renovations are completed.

The hotel was still under construction from a remodel. When we arrived it smelled like sealant or paint. The smell was in the common space not in the room. The Google Chrome cast that each room had did not work very well. Was only able to get that to work once in the four days we were there. The staff was all very friendly. My wife and I stayed here because of a car club event that was held at the hotel. The outside grounds were a great place for this. The hotel was close to a couple restaurants and firehouse pizza delver and was very good.

Friendly, easy check in, extremely clean, lovely lobby, great design and renovation. Comfortable bed and high quality linens. Large bathroom. We did not eat breakfast but it smelled delicious!

Very spacious rooms, nice place to walk inside, outside, and inside gym was nice. Kids enjoyed pool
