Pure Hollywood Glamour
Pros:

We absolutely loved staying at this grand dame, a true Hollywood classic! The staff was welcoming and attentive at every turn, and the penthouse terrace has the most fabulous views of the LA skyline. We enjoyed a first rate meal at the famed Tower Bar, serenaded by a fabulous sax & guitar duo, and met plenty of new friends at the bar. The pool is the perfect place to relax and catch some Los Angeles sunshine. I would not hesitate to recommend this gem of a hotel! It was like taking a delightful step back in time, and we can’t wait to return.

Very good!
Pros:

Really nice place - Top shelf staff. The building itself is old but that is a part of the charm. Bar, pool, restaurant area is really cool and the food was very good. All of the condiments, inc the mini-bar, being complimentary is a very welcome suprise!

Cons:

My room was a little noisy, elevator. No tea making facility in the room. I'm nitpicking here though ;)

Pros:

I just departed this morning after a four night stay which is my third visit to your property in the last year.
It is truly a magical place. Thank you again for the incredible hospitality. It is unmatched. I never even look for any other accommodation when I visit LA because I have found my spot and it feels like home. Ya’ll are incredible every single person there I appreciate you. Not one thing to gripe about, literally nothing I don’t feel worthy to deserve this treatment ya’ll make people feel good. :-)

Always a Great Stay
Pros:

We love the Sunset Towers. The remodel of the hallways and the rooms and suites is the best they’ve ever looked! Food service time throughout the day is a little random and drink prices are high but should be better and more consistent.

Unique luxury
Pros:

The Sunset Tower’s charms grew on me. Upon arrival, I was a bit underwhelmed by the small pool, and the somewhat dark decor, but I came to appreciate the hotel’s unique architecture and history, wonderfully comfortable beds and linens, excellent housekeeping, stimulating views, warm hospitality, and convenient location. Don’t expect the glitzy lobby, lavish floral arrangements or spacious rooms of a Four Seasons or a Peninsula, but stay here if you appreciate old time Hollywood glamour without any snobbery or pretentiousness. Every single employee we encountered was friendly and genuine. And the bar scene was lots of fun, even at 5.30pm.

Classic West Hollywood stay! A gem in the heart of everything but still quiet and sophisticated. Love!!!
Pros:

Amazing experience in one of the classic Hollywood gems! Attentive staff, beautiful room (and views), lovely poolside drinks and ding and in a wonderful location. Can’t wait to return!
