It’s not the property that I didn’t. Like. I did not like the way one of the employees there treated us ,I think he was maybe the nighttime manager . I was not aware that I cannot use cash for either the room, or even the deposit, if it was posted on booking.com. I did not see it, and the guy at the counter was pretty rude by insinuating that if I couldn’t pay with a card, that I was going to be refused service. Although I had money on me, and the reservation was already made . Another very nice female employee said I could pay cash for the deposit, and he said no, you cannot. So he was ready to just send me out to the street,. Also, I’ve never been in a hotel room where there are no blankets or even a comforter on the Bed. Nothing but bedsheets. And that’s how our room was. I don’t know if that’s normal for your hotel but I did not like it and I was too tired to go and ask for a blanket. I think the room could have been fresher as in the smell. My girlfriend said it wasn’t that bad, but no one should say It’s not that bad. A person should say it smells good. I also did not see a $19 fee for parking on The website. Things that should’ve been pointed out when the final price of the room appeared on the screen , I would suggest to have your employee there take some hospitality classes before you lose more business than just mine

Encouraging a more open and welcoming attitude could be helpful. Also maybe guiding u where your room is located instead of just handing your card key.

Location and great hotel
King suite was huge and more than enough room for myself and a great value. Amazing views of the valley. Located near lots of entertainment and food options. The staff was friendly. Although, heads up, the company policy is you will be charged extra if checking in before 2pm on the day of your arrival.
The only problem I had was that there was a huge cracked hole on the floor of the pool, which did not feel heated as advertised. I noticed it before and tried to stay away but in the midst of having fun with my child I ended stepping into it and scraping foot rather badly. It's still swollen and bruised. If I had stepped any harder or from a different angle I definitely would have cut my foot. Also, there is no microwave in the room but there is one by the front desk in the lobby.

Nice location, nice bar downstairs
Location was perfect for where I needed to be. A 5min journey from everything!
The room was great in terms of size, comfort and amenities.
The staff weren't rude, but they just seemed a little grumpy. Whilst they acknowledged me, when using the front desk, there was never a sense of "happy to help" from any of them; it was more like I was a hindrance, for asking questions.
Also, the charges for the car park ($19 + tax, per night) seem unjustifiably steep! In addition to the 2 bottles of water in the room, at $6 per bottle!
Good location. Close to many Asian food and market. Another shopping mall nearby.
