Service
9.1
Staff are repeatedly described as friendly and responsive, though there are isolated reports of rude behavior (front desk phone interaction, dining staff); overall service leans strongly positive.
Location
9.7
Frequently mentioned as convenient — easy access to the interstate, walking distance to restaurants and near guests' destinations; location is a clear positive.
Room Quality
8.2
Rooms are described as large with comfortable beds and good furnishings, but several guests reported poor temperature control (locked/ineffective AC) and at least one report of hallway noise affecting sleep.
Amenities
9.6
Amenities get strong mentions: gym, pool, on-site restaurant/bar/patio and breakfast service. Minor complaints include pool hours and lack of a shuttle, but overall amenities are well-regarded.

Multiple comments call the property 'pricey' or 'luxury prices for a less than average hotel' and note breakfast is not always included — value perception is notably lower than other categories.

Breakfast on site is praised by many guests when available, but there are mentions of breakfast not being included and one negative interaction with dining staff; overall slightly above average.

Nice Hotel but there are BETTER Options
Pros:

Easy access to the interstate

Cons:

The AC system won’t let you change the warm “ECO-friendly” settings they have locked in the thermostat. The desk will tell you to only change 1-2 degree at a time but it DID NOTHING for the room temperature. You have to have a fan with you to sleep cool.

Decent but Better Options
Pros:

Good location with easy access to the interstate.

Cons:

The AC units in the rooms won’t let you set them to your desired temperature. So, if you like to have a cool room to sleep then I strongly suggest you bring a fan. The AC system is terrible!!!
