I never stayed and will never book and stay there unless you change the front desk who ignored my request and wanted to
Pros:

I never went there because I requested to call it more than 24 hrs prior the stay but the front desk ignored my request and the next day I called and followed up they wanted me to pay even booking rep said my request was valid.

The room is clean and big enough. The facility is good. Breakfast is fine.

Cons:

The hotel does not provide water in the room or on each floor, so you have to get it from the lobby. The location is not very convenient—you’ll likely need to drive or take an Uber to most places, and the metro station is more than a 10-minute walk away. Also, traffic around the hotel was quite busy, which made the room noisy at times.

מלון מסודר, ארוחת בוקר טובה, חדרים גדולים. יש שאטל חינמי שלוקח לתחנת המטרו הקרובה. אפשר לכבס בחינם במלון הצמוד.

Cons:

לא ממש במרכז העיר אבל כאמור יש שאטל שלוקח למטרו הקרוב (או שהולכים 10 דקות ברגל) ומשם תחנה אחת ליוניון סטיישן.

Pros:

The room we rented was spacious and clean. The hotel offers a shuttle bus to the train station, which makes it easy to reach Washington's main attractions. Union Market is right next to the hotel, offering a great place to hang out (good food and a relaxed atmosphere).

Cons:

Breakfast was mediocre, if not subpar. There were often spills in the food pantry, and the staff ignored requests to clean up. Tea and coffee were available at reception, but hot water was often unavailable, requiring waiting times.

descent hotel with reasonable prise and location
Pros:

Very pleasant hotel with truly friendly and helpful staff. They assisted us with every request, explained how to get to the main attractions, and even helped me pay for parking since I didn’t have an American phone number and couldn’t receive the SMS confirmation codes — apparently a common issue with parking payments in the US.

The location is also perfect: very close to the city’s main bus station and within walking distance of the Washington Mall, which made getting around and exploring the city extremely convenient.

Cons:

The only disappointing part was the breakfast. Although it was included and we were not relying on it too much, the quality was far below expectations. Even the standard American coffee in the morning was not good and unfortunately affected the overall impression of the breakfast. Most of the food felt overcooked, the selection was quite limited, and honestly the yogurt was probably the only thing we really enjoyed.
