Pros:

Didn’t as much as I thought I was. People out in the front smoking. Also insides the front desk lobby area, inside the elevator also in the hall way where the room or located smells like CIGARETTE YUCK.

Very poor, not clean and bad air quality
Pros:

The room was dirty and smelled. The air quality was bad. We couldn't breathe easily in the room. Smelled like cigarettes and not conducive. The breakfast is saggy. I wouldn't recommend this hotel.

The facility is dirty and smelled cigarettes is over the place. The room air quality is poor. You can't breathe easily. Never again I stay there. It's good for construction workers who smoke a lot. Not a good place for educational professionals. You won't like it.

Frightening and disturbing.
Pros:

Nothing place was filthy, roaches in bathroom rug looked like it hadn't been cleaned in years. Blood stains on curtains.

Bed was comfortable.

Cons:

Run down and somewhat abused facilities. In our reserved room the bathroom door had been torn off its hinges.
We were furnished a different room, but plumbing fixtures and towel bars were loose in the bathroom, and the toilet was plugged up and wouldn't flush.

Squalid, rude staff that tried to scam me and charged me more per night.

Room was absolutely disgusting. Tiles missing in the bathroom. Towels were damp. Holes in the door to the bathroom. Front desk tried to scam me into giving me credit card by phone and then cancelled my reservation. When I showed up, they charged me more for the room rate.
