Pros:

The price is attractive. Staff are helpful. I booked a one-bed room but she helped me upgrade it to a two-bed room. She also changed the room from Floor 3 to Floor 2 for the reason there is no elevator and we have large luggage.

Cons:

The room space is not so large with two Queen-sized beds inside. No soap nor lotion in the bathroom. No elevator installed. The breakfast is quite simple, compared with most other hotels. Soundproofing is not very good.

Pros:

Location to freeway was excellent. Alot of good choices for places to eat. Especially enjoyed the restaurant next door, Hawaiian Bros. Staff was helpful and cheerful.

Cons:

Facility was older and showed its age. Did a good job to upgrade and make one feel comfortable.

The supposedly continental breakfast was bull crap all they had was packet oatmeal and pancakes literally nothing else no eggs, no bacon no cereal no fruit nothing but packet oatmeal and pancakes. Then when it was time to check out and the staff had to go check the room to get my deposit back they have the nerve to come and ask me what was on the wash rack like are we not supposed to use the freaking wash rags it was barbecue sauce from wiping my toddler’s hands and they were trying to contemplate oh well that might come out as if I wasn’t gonna get my deposit back like are you serious? What are y’all washing your towels with if barbecue sauce won’t fucking come out, but I did get my deposit back, but I will definitely not be going back.

A great place to stay to sve for your budget.
Pros:

The reviews could be harsh, but this was a fantastic budget stay. The staff were friendly, the place was clean, and we felt very safe.
