Pros:

I liked nothing about this place everybody was rude. They were not customer service friendly they were not friendly at all I would never go back there again horrible stay and I would not recommend this place to anyone not even my dog.

Pros:

The location was good.

Cons:

The computerized check in kiosk was annoying, and we had to have our room keys replaced three times in a four night stay. The facility is definitely showing its age, and it's hard to get around if one has mobility problems.

Real trashy outside, homeless people in area . When you check in it’s all automated . They don’t tell you when booking that you have a $100 security deposit on top of the charge . Didn’t see any staff at all at desk during our stay . I don’t recommend this hotel

Cons:

I did not like the fact that there was no human on premises that could help us. We had to check in through a computer, not an actual person. And there was a bunch of thugs and bad characters hanging out. Also, it was very clean there was a smell of mildew and mold throughout the whole building.
