Convenient location, average hotel stay.

The location was excellent. The room seemed to have been cleaned well.

Cons:

The beds and pillows were not very comfortable. Only two towels and wash cloths were provided for a family of 4. We were checked into the hotel via a KIOSK and from an online interaction. This did not make us feel the safest about our stay, and there was no one to ask about getting more towels/wash cloths. When checking out online, it asked if we wanted to "tip" the staff... we literally saw NO staff on site, so that was laughable.

Dirty and very suspicious. They had many waterproof mattress covers on the beds. The shower head was so damaged it would break if pushed on.

Cons:

The area is attracting problem people. ( The Zona Rosa is right north and attracting homeless )
1) Saw / listened to drug addicts ( Meth heads ) have argument right outside property, ( on sidewalk - 1500 in the afternoon ).
2) 2 different homeless persons outside ( behind back entrance ) When I came out, they quickly disappeared.
Didn't say anything etc. but disappeared when I was getting into my vehicle. ( 30 seconds )

The bed was comfortable.

Cons:

There is not any breakfast at all and that’s specifically why I choose certain hotels. Breakfast was supposed to be included but there was nothing. But some spoiled milk in a little room with two types of old cereal. There was weed smoke in the hallway and it wasn’t with the month at all.
