Tegernsee wieder schön wir immer, aber dies war das schlechteste Hotel in 22 Jahren!

Cons:

Zustand der Zimmer stark renovierungsbedürftig, Beschwerdemanagement schlecht, sofort nach Ankunft wesentliche Mängel beanstandet, aber es wurde 2 Tage lang keinerlei Abhilfe geschaffen - auch bei sicherheitsrelevanten Dingen wie Beleuchtung des Fluchtweges, GF nicht ansprechbar, am Dritten Tag Zimmerwechsel in ein teilrenoviertes Zimmer der gleichen Kategorie, auch der optische Zustand von Aufzug, Treppenhaus usw. entspricht keineswegs dem aufgerufenen Preis, Möbel und Schmutzwäschecontainer stehen auf den Fluren, Türen, Wände, stark verschmutzt und beschädigt, Fernsehempfang in beiden Zimmern und Gastraum mit Störungen uvm., Beschwerden über verschiedene Kanäle sind initiiert. Nie wieder!

Putzfrauen sprechen kein deutsch- schwierig
Wünsche werden aufgenommen aber nicht umgesetzt
Sperrzeite im anliegenden Biergarten nicht eingehalten( Lärm bis 3.00)

We stayed at this hotel for a short stay and were very pleased with our experience. The property has a charming Bavarian style, with a warm and welcoming atmosphere throughout. Our room had a lake view and a balcony, and it was truly beautiful — waking up to that view was a real highlight of the stay. The room itself was comfortable and well furnished, with a good bed that made for restful nights. The bathroom , even if quit esmall in size, was clean and modern, equipped with everything needed for a pleasant stay. Breakfast was good, offering a nice variety of choices to start the day. The staff were kind and helpful throughout our stay. The location is lovely, close to Tegernsee lake, making it a great base for enjoying walks by the water and the beautiful surrounding Bavarian landscape. Overall, a pleasant hotel for anyone looking for a comfortable stay in a charming lakeside setting. Recommended!
