Very disappointed to what was provided by a Wyndham property that I have grown to trust. Reserved 3 rooms, but my room

The location

Cons:

-Room smelled very musty
-Last guests dirty shirt left on nightstand- so don’t know that they cleaned room well
-bathroom faucet was broken, more water came out from behind than out the faucet.
-even the toilet roll was empty, there was another one but I needed to add it
-free breakfast is an absolute joke: they provide coffee, apple juice and a pre-packaged honey bun. This is not breakfast.

Cons:

I noticed right off the bat a lot of the floor was soft around the tub. As I was going to leave in the hall I noticed much of that on the floor as well. That raises concerns for the Saftey

A little far from Pittsburgh, facilities are a little older
Pros:

Price was a little cheaper than some other nearby hotels

Cons:

The initial booking I had was for one queen bed, but the room had a door to a neighboring room making it less private and a little loud from neighbors. I’ve asked them to change, and they charged me extra for a two queen bedroom

Not the greatest stay at al, considering finding somewhere else next time
Cons:

Well my first stay there wasnt the greatest either floors are all messed up, but this time i stayed the tv kept shutting off every couple mins or would make a really loud static noise, i went to the front desk and asked if someone could take a look noone ever came to my room. Plus i was charged a 100 dollar deposit that i was supposed to get back at the end of my stay and i still havent received my deposit back.

It was a nice stay.
