Местоположение.

Cons:

Никакого вида из окна обещанного, тк мешает соседний дом. Самые ужасные завтраки! Совет, не берите. Скудные, не свежие, посуда грязная, просила даже заменить. И самое главное, нам называли одну стоимость завтрака на ресепшн, а по факту счет был на бОльшую сумму, практически 6 тр за двоих (без мяса, яйцо, мед, варенье, две ягоды винограда и 2 куска несвежего сыра. Все! ). Я отказалась платить эту сумму и мне сразу же принесли счет на ту сумму, которую говорили на ресепшен. Ну то есть пытались развести, не получилось, ну окей.

Overall, excellent experience
Pros:

I really enjoyed the atmosphere of the hotel and its great location. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and attentive throughout my stay. Overall, I was left with a wonderful impression of the hotel and would be very happy to return again in the future.

Cons:

The breakfast was probably the weakest part of our stay. Although there was an à la carte menu, the selection was quite limited, and many of the dishes were either very basic or not particularly tasty. There was also no good coffee available at breakfast, and for a couple of days the coffee machine was not working at all.

It was also a little inconvenient to have to go to a neighboring building for breakfast. Overall, I think the breakfast experience could definitely be improved.

Pros:

Очень понравился отель! ❤️ Чисто, уютно, персонал очень приветливый и внимательный. На все наши просьбы реагировали быстро и всегда старались помочь. Локация тоже отличная — нам было очень удобно. Я и мои дети остались очень довольны. С удовольствием вернёмся снова!

All’apparenza carino ma…
Pros:

Struttura apparentemente bella ed in posizione comoda

Cons:

La camera seppur bella di prima impressione, ha poi mostrato vari disservizi, abbiamo trovato una gomma da masticare attaccata su un cuscino, l’asciugacapelli non funzionava e neanche il condizionatore, quest’ultimo emanava puzza quando veniva acceso, il telefono era guasto, il telecomando del televisore aveva le pile scariche, insomma tutti elementi che mostravano poca attenzione e cura verso il cliente da parte del personale dell’albergo
