Très pratique pour découvrir Istanbul
Pros:

Bonne localisation pour faire à pieds sans être trop noyé dans les touristes. Le rooftop du petit déjeuner est vraiment extra et le personnel très aimable. Nous avons aussi été contents de redécouvrir l’histoire de la famille Camondo en Turquie.

Cons:

Notre chambre était en rdc et malheureusement mitoyenne des toilettes de l’hôtel. Et une forte odeur se dégageait de temps en temps. Ainsi que les portes qui claquent fort en pleine nuit.

Missing the rooftop bar/ restraunt
Pros:

I thought there was a rooftop area and restaurant- but no there is not so the description is misleading; rooms are small but well set up; some staff is helpful but others not so much; coffee place inside doesn’t open until 10 - which seems kind of late for a coffee place; where is the rooftop bar!!!’

Brilliant hotel.
Pros:

Brilliant location. Stunning rooms (booked the balcony room, so worth it!).
AJ on reception was excellent. So knowledgeable, helpful and efficient but also made me feel very welcome.

Pros:

Personalet, renligheden, komfortabel seng. Beliggenheden var perfekt så vi var ude stort set hele dagen.

Cons:

Værelset var lidt lille, skulle nok have accepteret en opgradering da jeg fik tilbuddet.

Great location to explore Istanbul
Pros:

The location was absolutely perfect; nearby restaurants, fun shops and great sites - a convenience store two doors down came in clutch. The hotel is located within walking distance to the tram and ferry. The 45 minute transit from the airport was convenient. The breakfast spread was top notch. The staff was super helpful; our room was cleaned and stocked every day, Taha at the front desk gave great insights.

No complaints.

An excellent stay!
Pros:

The hotel was clean, equipped with all the neccesary things (for the first time I forgot the tooth brushes, and we were happy to find 2 in our room).
The staff was really helpful especially Emrah before our arriving (it was May 01, and there was a problem with the transportation) and also Taha who helped us during check out, he was really kind and helpful. One of our friends also forgot the phone in the recepsion during the check out, and Taha informed us before we even noticed it.

Cons:

The only problem we had (we booked 3 double rooms) was that in two different rooms 3 of our friends hurted their legs in the corners of the beds while walking in the room, i thought it can not be a coincidence :) maybe there is a problem with the frame, the corner is too big or smth similar.

Нравится завтрак и дизайн , уже не первый раз отдыхали в отеле

Ужасный запах то ли краски, то ли травили тараканов, не понятно . Дико воняло, было сложно спать! И еще шумел кондиционер( сломался (( ребята чините все, тогда вернемся
