"I had an extremely disappointing experience at this hotel. The customer service is non-existent and highly unprofessional.
When I booked, they confirmed a one-night stay, but the communication regarding check-in and check-out was a disaster. I arrived at 3:00 PM, only to be told the check-out time was 12:00 AM (midnight), which makes no sense for a overnight stay.
When I tried to clarify the situation, the staff were incredibly rude and dismissive. Instead of trying to resolve the misunderstanding, they started mocking me and were very disrespectful. To make matters worse, they eventually blocked my number so I couldn't even call to resolve the issue.
I strongly advise everyone to stay away from this place. They do not value their guests and their behavior is completely unacceptable."

Horrible value. If you are going to stay with some grime and partial updates you ought to pay a good deal less

Horrible refund please
Pros:

There was mold in the wash rooms and room... there were dirty sheets and walls with stains and the room smaller like smoke. I would like a refund

not good, wont stay here again.
Cons:

Room was not clean.
The bed was not comfortable; every time I turned, it felt like I got jabbed in the back by a spring.
The bathtub was black on the bottom. Sure, it may be old, but if thats the case replace the tub because it looks disgusting. Wouldnt even shower in there.
Front desk staff was also not super friendly..

- long time to check out. Waited half hour. Due to an issue with previous guest check out.

If you just need a cheap place to stay. Go elsewhere.
Pros:

Great location. The AC worked well.

Cons:

Staff weren’t very friendly. Breakfast was very poor. The bed in the king suit was incredibly firm and uncomfortable we ended up checking out a night early.
I had to call for help with the TV with multiple remotes and felt like I was troubling the staff. I then needed to request new bedding and was charged $60 damage fees.

This was a last minute reservation - I was grateful to find a place, but it was a bit disappointed
Pros:

The room was tidy on arrival. The tap in the sink was difficult to operate but the shower was fine. The staff was very welcoming both on check in as well as check out.

Cons:

There was a lot of noise overnight. I am hard of hearing and do not sleep with my hearing aids - and noise from adjacent rooms was quite annoying. The breakfast was supposed to offer gluten free options, but they were basically "just don't eat the bread, muffins and cereal." There were no alternatives.
