I love everything, this hotel was SUPER CLEAN, A NICE SMELL WHEN YOU ENTER THE LOBBY, GREAT LOCATION nearby walking distance to McDonald's & Pizza Hut, GREAT STAFF, NO PETS RUNNING AROUND EVERYWHERE LEAVING DOG POOP ON THE FLOOR AND CARPET, MY ROOM IS STRAIGHT OUT OF MAGAZINE !!!!

I stayed a week and my room was not cleaned once. The staff was difficult to get a hold of and overall the hotel was very dirty. I would not recommend staying here
The hotel was clean, quiet, and comfortable. The breakfast was good, and the pool and hot tub were great for relaxing. Wi-Fi worked without any issues, and the staff was professional and friendly. I would definitely come back.

Parking lot was horrible, room was just OK. Deadbolt between rooms did not work.

Booking says this is a non smoking property immediately after walking into the building you can smell cigarettes along with must. The hotel staff was not friendly the breakfast was very basic. The ice machine filter looked like it hasn’t been changed in years

Bedding had burn holes in it. Breakfast was not kept up…no refills for toast or bagels, left from day before. Staff very questionable when they offer some “good stuff”.

Breakfast was a problem. Only items were waffles, cereal, and toast. These 3 fine, except during my four weeks there, most of these were unavailable at least half the days. No staff were ever at the front desk or at breakfast, seemed like they did not care.

Ran down. TV. Not working. Tried putting me in a room not cleaned dingy hotel
The staff helped get the room clean right away.
The outside door was always unlocked and it had a weird camera pointing towards the unlocked door and it gave me the vibes of trafficking.
They tried double charging me from the day I booked the room on booking.com. Wanted me to cancel my stay and book a new one at double the price. Upon arrival the guy at the desk didn’t say nothing about my card being charged again, long behold it was. It was a whole ordeal, I had to argue to get my money refunded and he wouldn’t hear me out. Told me “I didn’t understand how it worked.” Ultimately got my money back for the double charged room. Breakfast was very minimal, no fruits, no meats. All carbs. The waffle mix wasn’t even made correctly so the waffles wouldn’t cook right. The toilet in our room was super loose at the base, the shower was very disgusting, to the point where you would shower and still feel dirty. Vending machine had 1 option of a protein bar.
