Pros:

Hotel má skvělé umístění, byli jsme zde již podruhé. Využíváme při cestě mezi trajektem a letištěm. V ceně je snídaně, bohužel jsme nikdy nebyly na snídani v restauraci, protože jsme odjížděli na letiště před otevřením. Ale dostali jsme balíček na cestu.

立地が良く何処に行くにも便利。
港なのでタクシーがいつも待ってる。
メトロの駅も近い。
サウナが好きなので、サウナ付きの部屋にしてとても良かった。

Cons:

部屋にジャグジーが付いていたが、冷えでも自分自身でどうする事も出来ず、いちいち係の人を呼んで温度を上げてもらわなくてはならなかった。面倒なので入るのを諦めました。
シングルベッド２つにしてほしい。

Della struttura mi sono piaciute molto la posizione, la disposizione degli spazi e la stanza, bella luminosa e raffinata. Il personale è stato gentile e disponibile, e la colazione davvero ottima.

Très déçue...
Pros:

Le calme la nuit, l'emplacement proche des Ferrys, la sécurisation du site et le fait que la chambre soit faite tous les jours.

Cons:

Le petit-déjeuner est passable avec un personnel nonchalant et peu aimable à l'exception du responsable, présence d'un gaufrier mais si peu de gaufres que tout le monde se jette dessus!!! peu de réassort donc les plats sont vides et il faut attendre parfois plus de 10 minutes... La vue de la chambre située au rez-de-chaussée, mais pas côté mer, avec beaucoup de passages de piétons... L'impossibilité d'obtenir une facture de mon séjour (y compris via le site Booking) que je l'ai demandée à la réception le jour de mon arrivée. En résumé, le prix de la chambre est très élevé et le petit-déjeuner n'est pas digne d'un hôtel 4*.

the location on the port close to atractions we did by foot to all atractuions,breakfest was very good a lot of selections:fruit,vegtable,cakes and more,the room us big and clean with fridge and keatle,
the staff was excelentvery kind helpfull helped us to find places,transportation they were super
graciella and oriana were very helpfol'kind and did the best to serve us this is our third time to this hotel and we strongly reccomend it
