The location of the hotel was good. You can get on the airport bus in front of the hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Inside the hotel smelled very nice. The room was big enough.

Cons:

There could’ve been more variety at breakfast. The wardrobe was dusty. I cleaned up myself.

המלון ממוקם ממש על הנמל, קרוב מאוד למעבורות, לתחנת המטרו, ולמרכז העיר. צוות המלון מקסים ואדיב מאוד, עזרו לנו מאוד גם בהזמנת כרטיסים לאתרים השונים, וגם באינפורמציה באופן כללי בתחבורה הציבורית, חדרים נקיים, ארוחת בוקר טובה מאוד, כל הצוות במלון תמיד זמינים לעזור עם המון סבלנות, פשוט מקסימים. מומלץ מאוד מאוד.

Podczas meldunku najpierw dostaliśmy pokój w którym śmierdziało starą kapustą - na szczęście personel wymienił nam pokój, w którym jeden z ręczników był dosłownie obsrany.

Personel sprzątający sprząta jak chce, np. nie pamięta o tym żeby zostawić czyste ręczniki w pokoju.

Hotel znajduje się w porcie, ale jest słabo wyciszony, słychać przejeżdżające pojazdy portowe czy pracowników jak do siebie mówią.

Co do śniadania, wybór niby jest, ale go nie ma, jajecznica z proszku, mały wybór warzyw czy pieczywa. Śniadania monotonne, codziennie to samo. Część personelu na sali chyba była z łapanki, bo było widać nieogarnięcie - rozlewanie niedopitych napojów czy niedojedzonych jogurtów na podłogę, które później nie były sprzątane do czysta.

Żeby nie było, sam pokój nie wyglądał najgorzej, ale rzeczy powyżej zaważyły o mojej ocenie obiektu.

Excellent clean and quiet hotel in a convenient location.
Pros:

An incredibly clean, quiet, and accommodating hotel. It was right on the cruise ship port but noise was never an issue. Location was directly across from a Metro station and there are plenty of taxi drivers right outside the front door if you're looking for those kinds of transportation.

Cons:

The music videos playing during breakfast were horrible.
