The price was pretty good but I wish the room would have been cleaner.

I liked the ease of checking in and out.

Cons:

The sheets were stained on our bed and the bathroom hadn't been cleaned or at least hadn't been cleaned well as there were bobby pins on the floor, other dirt, and some spots on the toilet seat.

Decent location to the Dells Attractions.

Cons:

The Hot Tub was barley working so never used. I was given a text saying I could text that number if I needed anything. I messaged to get more towels and none where delivered to the room.

The prices were good.
It was fairly quiet for being very busy

Cons:

Our room the window was shattered. When my husband took pictures and went to the front desk to tell them. They were like yes we know, When we asked for a different room or a little bit off the bill. We were told they could not switch rooms do to being full and we cant take anything off the bill for it. Other than the window our room was very clean. The rest of the hotel could use a good cleaning.
Breakfast was a disappointment.

Cons:

The breakfast bar was messy. The front lobby had a dirty odor. The rooms were not clean. The bathroom towels had stains on them. Find an owner that takes care of that place

It was decent, but won't be coming back

Cons:

Manager knocked on our door asking if we were leaving a day early. Other people had reported that the pool had some type of infection so we didn't use it like we planned to
