You get what you pay for at this hotel - reasonably priced, but minimal services. Very clean.
Pros:

The site manager, (can't remember his name) on May 20,2026 was very helpful. Very knowledgable; knew the area well and worked with our Booking.com reservation which required extra work for him. He was excellent!

Cons:

1) issue was having a room (happened to be for the handicapped we did't need but rooms were booked for the Memorial weekend). There were no bedside tables to put your phone or tissues on.
2) The master deadbolt would not lock as the door was no longer level, had to be lifted. We made the manager aware.
3)The TV was useless as most channels required a subscription. They need access to network channels for news. CNN only provided older short versions of the news. Frustrating.

Very comfortable, and quiet .
Pros:

They’re accommodation were over the top , plenty of towels. They gave us the best room, by the office . On the first floor as if they knew my physical condition. We so appreciate it , their kindness.

Cons:

Really there was nothing bad, we actually enjoyed our stay. Well done I give them a 10..

Hair was in both queen beds. Very out dated. Bathroom door was broken hard to close. Bathroom sink handle was loose and hard to use

It was the best stay here in Ruidoso.
Pros:

The property was amazing. We will definitely be coming back. The staff was exceptional and we had such a good time staying here.

It wasn’t terrible for the price.
Pros:

The rooms were clean, the location was good. The staff was very friendly. The breakfast they offered sounded good. We eat lower carb, and not much sugar so we bring our own Greek yogurt triple zero etc.

Cons:

I was thankful we were on the ground floor and able to park next to the window of our room. There was a very moldy or musky smell all through the hall and in the room though there was no sign of mold. The bed was comfortable enough but the pillows were not at all. Our next door neighbors were super noisy, fighting, door slamming, tv too loud.
