Agréable, on serait bien resté un peu plus
Pros:

- Literie confortable
- Accueil sympathique au check-in
- Vue sur une montagne depuis le balcon
- On n'a pas eu le temps de profiter de la piscine, mais elle parait bien
- L'ambiance spéciale de Sedona

Cons:

- Une chambre 4 places que j'aurais aimé un peu plus grande pour poser les valises.

Nice location, but the service and room confort can use BIG improvements.

After the first night I let the front desk (Micah) know that my room temperature would not go below 77 degrees. I tried to adjust the thermistat but no change. He said he would have someone look at it before the evening. when I got back I asked him if it was fixed. He said he looked at it and thinks it's ok. He said it should get down to 72 by this evening as they just fixed it. I was tired and ready to sleep as I was leaving early the next morning. It never got below 77 degrees. This made for an uncomfortable stay. When I checked out I asked for a credit on my credit card for this inconvenience. The lady as the desk said they would put in a request for it.
Also, I forgot a box of personal items (nail polish, hair color, and protein powder) in my room by mistake when I left. I realize this when I got to my destination. I called the front desk and Micah said to call in the morning. I did call the next morning and said they would check and call me back. They never did call me back. I had to call again the next morning and was told that house keeping said they found nothing. Yah right.
I would not stay at this place again as they are not true to their word with customers.

Très bon emplacement, belle vue du balcon , chambre très agréable

Cons:

Le petit déjeuner était compris, en fait c’est un bon de 15$ / personne pour le restaurant à côté. Et bien évidemment, on a pratiquement rien à ce prix puisque le café est déjà à5$ et le moindre plat est à 16$ sans les taxes! donc au final note très salée pour un petit déjeuner !!

Abbiamo passato veramente un bellissimo soggiorno a Sedona e in questo hotel. Dispone di ogni tipo di servizio, le camere sono comode e spaziose e l’hotel si trova proprio al centro della città e si può ammirare una bellissima vista panoramica.

Ich habe mich super wohl und aufgehoben gefühlt.
Pros:

Die Lage ist ideal, auch ohne Auto. Der Verde Shuttle nach Sedona uptown hält direkt vor dem Hotel. Die Zimmer und Anlage war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Früchte, Wasser, Kaffee und Tee standen kostenlos zur Verfügung - herrlich.

Cons:

Man konnte nur per Kreditkarte zahlen, nicht cash. Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, ausser der junge Herr im Nachdienst. Unfreundlich und mürrisch. Was nicht Abwerten kann, wie genial alle anderen Receptionisten waren!
