Hotel was really bad didn’t feel comfortable

Hotel had a bad smell floors in room were creaky and very damp room windows were very bad plastic and could hear the freeway

Every thing bad but staff was good
Pros:

They advertised a game room but only had one that was rented and I thought I had rented it

Cons:

I did not get the room I wanted
The bed r very uncomfortable
It smelled like a sausage or something
Breakfast was a massive disappointment

Fit the need for our quick over night trip!

Pros:

The location of Super 8 was good. It is only a few minutes away from the Mall of America.

Cons:

People were smoking inside the rooms and the smoke reached my room. Additionally there was a rude employee who reeked of cigratte smoke.

Continental Breakfast Was Awesome / Room Repairs were not done as requested/ Staff needs traning
Pros:

well in our room the phone did not work as someone stole the phone cord so I went and bought on myself
I asked for a wake up call at 6:00am each day did not get them
The fan in our rooms bathroom did not work
all these things were reported and nothing was done about it

Cons:

well I though some of the staff were a little off in my opinion and also the fact that we had to pay for the entire stay right away most places let you stay then pay when you leave
Also the fac that in our 6 day stay the phone only worked 2 days as I had to buy a cord to fix the issue which is not my reasonability and this would be considered a major repair need but was not addressed Room# 346
