Location was the only positive.
Property reeks of cigarette smoke in all the hallways. Breakfast was not a breakfast. Most importantly the staff was absolutely terrible, rotten, and abysmally rude.
The Coffee machine was good.
The airport shuttle was pretty bad. Not the driver, but the communication with the receptionist at the Hotel. We specifically contacted the hotel before to let them know when we'll arrive, because we don't have cell service. The hotel confirmed that someone would be there to pick us up. When we called with someone else's phone the receptionist reacted annoyed and was unfriendly. It took one hour until we were eventually at the hotel.

Person smoking WEED by entrance. Water at sink didn't work??? Tub looked as tho it was found along side of road. Requested cancelation and refund. Mgr not available and would take 3-5 days for processing.

Was a $50 early check in which I would have done. The staff was terrible they didn’t even try to help I would never go here and I will never tell anyone to go here in fact I will tell everyone I can to not go here no matter what

Shuttle service horrible, although drivers nice. Only once hour offerings, and morning one to airport 25 minutes late. Front desk guys very unhelpful
The employee did not enter the lobby for almost 15 minutes, he was rude, spoke discourteously to people, was difficult to understand, kept hanging up on people trying to call, and had really long, dirty fingernails on his little fingers. Our booking.com reservation wasn't accepted so my card was charged twice.
The staff were friendly and helpful. They tried to help me out and were very nice.
It smelled like smoke, the Wi-Fi was terrible, I had the air conditioning on it was not cool enough, and some of the furniture was broken. Just to get a decent Wi-Fi signal in the room I stayed in I had to sit in the doorway with the door open and it was very humid in the room I stayed in even with the air on. I stayed in room 125.
