Grateful that the inside of the rooms did not look like the outside.
Pros:

We love the rooms! Comfortable beds and seemed newly upgraded.

Cons:

What we definitely did not like was the outside. It was in desperate need of a good coat of paint and some power washing. It did not give off a good first impression at all.

Beautiful newly renovated rooms!
Pros:

The property’s rooms were recently renovated and our room was beautiful! It had two king size beds that we looked forward to sleeping in each night on our girls trip to the beach. So cozy and comfortable! The lady that checked us in was very friendly as well. They are currently renovating the exterior of the property and it didn’t affect our stay at all. We’ll definitely be back next time we’re in the area.

Very Dissapointed I was blindsided for a deposit and a jetted tub and I couldnt even get a clean one.
Cons:

While checking in I was told my deposit would be $300 and not $200 which is what I legally signed when booking online, very disappointed, their was hairs in the jetted bathtub I had to rinse it myself before getting in, multiple hairs, very disappointing as I was charged a very expensive deposit. The tvs were such a trouble to get working, their one in the living room kept giving me and HDMI error. The way the bed and the tv in the room are set up is very uncomfortable.

Nice refurbished motel.
Pros:

Rooms are newly redone with modern furnishings and comfortable beds. TV is very large. Value for the location is very good.

Cons:

Exterior of facility needs updating. Inn is currently being painted but still looks like a motel. If you stay on ground floor expect noise and walking from room above.

Great remodel. Comfy beds. Mirror light was a nice touch.

Leaking a/c unit on the outside walk way. Needs a bucket underneath.

Great stay and clean but needs better staff to really outshine other hotels.
Pros:

It was a great distance to the beach, it was very clean inside the room and lobby, and overall not bad

Cons:

I didn’t like that the pool is under construction and most likely will be for years as hotels do that. The guy at the front desk was friendly but very stingy and not great with requests. It seemed a hassle to get help from him.

Price and quality was very good!!
Pros:

Friendly staff. Very accomodating and helpful.

Cons:

We were in a downstairs room and we could hear the people above us walk in their room. That was a little bit irritating at night. It was during the night before July 4th, so we could understand that this was maybe a part of it.
