Simple, convenient, and comfortable.
Pros:

The hotel was simple but comfortable and offered good value for the price. It was very convenient for our visit to UCI, and having a Japanese supermarket nearby was especially helpful. Overall, it worked very well for our needs.

Cons:

There was nothing in particular that we disliked. The only minor issue was that we could hear quite a bit of footsteps and movement from the room above early in the morning. It may have just been due to the guests staying there at the time.

Enjoyed stay but probably wouldn’t stay again unless they dealt with dirty outside and maybe a security guard.
Pros:

The rooms are beautifully remodeled. Huge TV and very clean

Cons:

The outside is quite possibly being redone but in bad shape now and looked like questionable characters outside.

Horrible disgusting needs to be fumigated, ants and bed bugs EVERYWHERE . Pictures ARE NOT ACCURATE Right after walking into the room i noticed the smell and condition, after walking into the bathroom there was an infestation of ants. not even 10 minutes later i requested a refund and said i did not want the room anymore. They refused to give me a refund (even though i left very shortly after seeing the room) and also did not give me my deposit back.

Amazing! Great buy for a comfortable stylish stay.
Pros:

Looks like they’re putting in work renovating it looked very nice inside both in lobby and in the room. The bed was comfortable the place was clean, restroom was great as well. Would definitely stay again.

Cons:

Whilst not their fault and great that they are doing it, the pool was closed for renovation. I definitely want to see it at the end!

Better Inside Than It Looks Outside
Pros:

The hotel looks a little like a Motel 6 from the outside, but the inside has been nicely remodeled and feels much more modern. The room and bed were very comfortable, and the huge flat-screen TV was definitely a plus.

Cons:

The shower water turned cold pretty quickly, even though it was 82°F outside. I also think the hotel should be a little less expensive considering there is no swimming pool, no nice reception/lobby area, and no breakfast area.

Pros:

It is clean and good relationship for the price

Cons:

My daughter was thirsty and the people in the lobby closed it at business hours and she could not drink water from the filter. Again is the first time I see in a hotel that employees close the lobby during day hours. Plus she requested the bill and they did not want it to provide it, now I need to come back in person and requested by myself, great hotel but the worst service
