The property was very clean! As clean as I would clean my own home.
No courtyard.
It was close to carowinds. It was cheap.
The rooms need updated and cleaned up. Half the lamps didn't work. The TV remote was missing in my room. TV didn't work in my daughters room. Her a/c didn't cool the room. The sink in my bathroom was clogged and difficult to turn on the water. When we came back from carowinds my room key wouldn't open the door. After checking out we went to breakfast and was horrified by a bed bug on my daughters skirt. The whole building smelt like a giant ashtray.
We paid for a non smoking room, but the entire hotel was musty and smelled like smoke. We couldn’t stay there because of how bad it was, plus they wouldn’t give us a refund although they did not deliver what they promised.

I liked that there was a waffle house right at the front and that I was given the option for a handicap room and the garden area was nice.
The room has a funny smell and we found a pair of underwear behind the bed, however that wasn't the worst part, I specifically requested a hotel with breakfast, they didn't have breakfast, they had coffee juice and a muffin..... which is better than nothing but I paid extra money for that?

The staff was amazing and very accommodating
We had 3 rooms and 2 of our rooms A/C went out and we was able to get new rooms but was the next day.
