In need of major renovations
Pros:

The room.was comfortable and seemed well kept and mostly clean.

Cons:

The breakfast was not a breakfast. Dry waffles or toast, dry cereal or packets of oatmeal. I just took a coffee and got food elsewhere.

The general cleanliness of the lobby, elevator and breakfast nook was poor, but there's a sign up alleging renovations are underway.

Great motel and on the way up.
Pros:

Friendly staff. Explained they are in a remodeling stage but you can tell its going to be great once finished. Clean rooms helpful staff including the house attendants. Good breakfast and peaceful and calm at night time. Just a quick 2 minute walk to dunking donuts and McDonald's.

Cons:

Can't think of anything.

Pros:

Absolutely nothing. The place(lobby) was dirty and we never made it to the room because there were no accommodations for us when we arrived. Actually paid for a room that didn't exist.

Cons:

Poor repair. Broken lampshades. Plumbing fixtures loose. Old worn mattress. Cigarette burn holes in upholstery. Not even any decaf coffee at breakfast nor any pastries. No hot items except toast. I took a piece of fruit and left.

Disappointed
Pros:

There was nothing liked with this facility

Cons:

It was filthy, and smelled like Marijuana. I had to ask for toilet paper as there was none in the bathroom. The shower didn't look like it had been cleaned. The carpet was stained. I would never stay there or recommend to anyone else.

Cleanliness or for better words lack of, smell of drugs and animal urine, non professional staff attire/representation, security doors that are not secure. I will never stay at a Wyndham again.
