The front desk person didn’t know what he was doing. It took 30 minutes to check in and then he charged me 4 times for the same night. I’m still trying to get those transactions removed.

The lady checking me on was very friendly.
This place was so disgusting that I left and booked another hotel. We stayed for one hour. I don't think that Wyndham would want their name associated with it. It was so bad that I took a video of it and shared it with family. The giant nasty stain on the carpet in the room was the least of my concerns. I did not want to sit on any furniture or touch any surfaces. The toilet flushed well, which is always appreciated. Holiday Inn is right across the street, stay there instead.
Nothing. The whole experience was bad.
The hotel was gross. I am understanding that they are renovating but our room had stains all over the carpet. There was hair in the sink. The shower had pervious guests shampoo and conditioner. Our room stunk with old cigarette smell. The over night staff seemed super sketchy. I asked for ice because the one that in a room is full of mold and is broken in multiple places. Do NOT recommend
Being charged the right price I was quoted I got charged over that price
The breakfast was ok and parking was convenient.
When I walked into the office there were ceiling tiles falling down and missing. It appears a rehab is being done but there was paint everywhere in the halls. Nopt very neat!
The room was fair but there were big stains on the floors and the fan/light and mirror light did not work.
Overall it was a bad experience.

We called ahead because our flight was delayed to make sure a late check in would be alright and was assured it was. We arrived exactly when I had stated and no one was at the desk. When I called we could hear the phone ringing in the office but no one came. The lobby was under construction and extremely dirty. The only place to sit while we tried to reach someone or find another hotel even though we were pre paid here, was two very dirty chairs. After 20 minutes someone strolled in and got us our room which was thankfully not quite as filthy as the lobby. We didn’t dare to try breakfast in a place that dirty. I would recommend sleeping in you car over staying here

Holes in Comforter. Trash in elevator. Sketchy people hanging around outside, Overall feeling the place was run down.
