Auf der Durchreise zu empfehlen, nettes Personal und soweit alles o.k., praktisch und gut.

Leider auch Personen, die keine Gäste waren, sind in den Frühstücksraum gekommen und haben sich bedient … Personal kann nicht immer vor Ort sein, vielleicht ist ein anderes Türsystem besser.

Very Disappointed

I was there for a conference

There were people yelling slurs in the hallway, it was extremely difficult to get a good nights sleep, when we went to use the vending machine the staff told me to go back to my room because I “ looked suspicious “ and threatened to call the police.

Don’t book here. Stay somewhere else.

Cons:

The TV doesn't work properly. They will tell you it's just the channel, but it was every channel. The beds are doubles. We are bigger people, and as hard as a rock. I attempted to obtain a refund for the remaining three days when we decided not to stay, which would have been $300, but that didn't happen. I was given the runaround. When we stayed there on the second day, they entered our paid room without our permission, took the lamp, and then when we came back from dinner, the manager was in our room putting the lamp back. It was just a nightmare.

Close to downtown and college, close to a large supermarket, room comfortable and clean but don’t count on the “lite bre
Pros:

Close to college and Wegman’s was 2 minutes away. Comfortable beds, everything clean, TV working properly but we didn’t know how to get the channels to work and the front desk attendant came to the room immediately and set it up for us.

Cons:

Breakfast was poor. Coffee was tasting bad, milk in the fridge lukewarm… there was a waffle maker but the batter didn’t seemed very healthy… no fresh fruits or bagels or cream cheese… they offered some granola bars, some cereal but overall it wasn’t attractive. They could do better with hard boiled eggs, bagels and fresh fruit and better coffee, more choices of milks dairy and non dairy. Also, only one choice of tea.

Mostly smoking drugs smells in the room & they use older used doors keys which one does not work on our doors. They reset several times because it’s used.it’s give us hard time.
