Other than water not hot enough everything else and staff were amazing!

Cons:

Pool was cold, hotel was chosen due to indoor pool. According to staff no maintenance available to adjust temp but According to other reviews, this isn't the first time. So if your kiddos want a pool, this may not be a good choice.
