Pros:

Breakfast burrito was acceptable

Cons:

The breakfast should of been part of the stay. When I looked up hotels in that area yours was third party booking & when we arrived we ask if we could use our AAA discount & receptionist said NO cause of doing the reservationS 3rd party.

Very satisfied.
Pros:

We did not eat breakfast. It looked really good though. We ate out with friends that we were visiting. We will stay there again soon.

Cons:

I liked the staff very much. They were very nice and helpful. The bar tender was especially friendly.

It was a quick one night stay. Really no complaints other than breakfast.

nothing I usually stay there during my travel for business, but will not be returning.

Cons:

everything everyday, I had to go back to the front desk to get them to reprogram my key for me to go to my room. The first room that I was in the toilet did not work. I reported it early that morning and got back from Work and the toilet still didn't work no one ever showed up to fix it. I’ve been staying at this property on and off two years during my travels for work, and it has definitely gone downhill.

It was a cute and comfortable stay!
Pros:

Fresh towels every morning, bed was made, trash was taken out, and any other amenities we used were replaced with brand new ones.

Cons:

Shower water pressure was not as strong as we have liked it. I was also sad they didn’t offer free breakfast but having a bistro was still cool.

The way the general manager handles situations when they are brought to their attention; and when caught in a lie, instead of apologizing, and trying to work with the customer they decide to no longer want to participate in the conversation, citing policy that she was already in violating.
