BEST HOTEL, AMAZING STAFF!
Pros:

Had the best time there! The staff was so attentive! There was a large group of us and I remember being by the pool and the staff came out and cleared away the used towels and giving out fresh ones! They are quick to respond when needed and so helpful! The food at the restaurant was so good! And the rooms were nice and felt like a small apartment that you just wanted to relax in after a night of being out! We will definitely be coming back! Hopefully in the near future! Thank you so much Sheraton for an amazing weekend!

A short pre cruise stay. The hotel was adequate but the location terrible.
Pros:

Staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast and bar food were pretty good. The room was OK but the hotel location terrible insofar as it only a few hundred yards from a main railway line…. Train horns and rumbling a 2am wasn’t a nice experience.

Cons:

Location but nothing can be done about it

Onvoldoende om nogmaals te verblijven

Het personeel van het ontbijt was ontzettend behulpzaam en aardig. Ontbijt was prima. Het atrium is leuk gedecoreerd. Fijn dat er een zwembad aanwezig is

Cons:

De ontvangst was enorm onpersoonlijk en ongezellig. Na een reis van 14 uur is het fijn om welkom geheten te worden en niet het gevoel te krijgen dat je niet welkom bent. Het hotel ligt aan een spoorbaan. Het geluid van de nachttrein is zo luid, dat je het gevoel hebt dat deze door het hotel heen dendert. De ramen zijn niet geïsoleerd voor geluid, waardoor het zelfs met oordoppen je niet normaal kan slapen

Most disappointing hotel experience ever.
Pros:

Breakfast was satisfactory . Would have preferred to have it in the atrium.

Cons:

Hotel is too old. Needs total renovation. Bath room shower was deteriorating . Sitting area was unattractive with minimal furniture. Flight delayed so arrived late. Restaurants and bars all closed. There were many late arrivals. All looking for food and beverage. No restaurants within walking distance.

The stay was good.
Pros:

The location, the water fall and restaurant in the hotel. That’s the best part of the hotel.

Cons:

I asked the guy at the front desk if I could have the burgundy bible, that’s from Gideon. He told me, if I take, I will be charged. I told him I didn’t take it and I was asking him if I could have one. He told me he had to talk to housekeeping, because they have a price sheet. I told him don’t worry about it because we were about to leave, heading back out of town. I reached out to Gideon who supplies the bibles for the hotels. Found out that the bibles are for customers to take for free. That didn’t set well with me, when the front desk guy said I would have to pay for it. The front desk definitely needs to know policy.
