Lovely friendly helpful staff and great location
Pros:

Great location and underground parking for our Ute with motorbike on board

Cons:

Gate for parking area broke so area was not secure
Got cold overnight which was rectified by an extra blanket
Drain in bathroom very smelly

Quest Goulburn exceptional would’ve stayed longer if time permitted for us 😃
Pros:

Everything was fantastic, rooms were very comfortable, clean and spacious. Location was great for us and very easy to find. Staff were also fantastic communication with us was excellent 😃
