I hated my stay and the grumpy staff
Pros:

The staff there were horrible, they treated me very badly and they are not nice at all, I dont recommend this place for the bad staff and services

I would stay here again.

The location and the room

Cons:

There was a little bit of mold forming in the caulk in my shower but the room was clean otherwise. Also the ac was confusing to use. You should also make breakfast an option after booking instead of only having certain rooms with breakfast included. We tried to pay after the fact but were turned down.

Pros:

The location was great. The staff were great.

Cons:

I used booking.com to reserve my stay. Booking.com stated that this hotel does not allow pets. This is the reason I chose to stay at this hotel. Well, this hotel does allow pets. The issue was that the dog barked and it was allowed in the restaurant area where food is served. The dog would shaking and shedding in the restaurant. Some of my family members are highly allergic to pet hair. I was disappointed that this hotel allows dogs in eating area.

La ducha y la taza del baño ,creo la ducha deberia ser de telefono para poder moverla , porque es muy incomodad,y la taza de baño es demasiado bajita y pequeña.

Quick trip for a competition. No drama, no loud drunk neighbors, no karen's in the lobby.
Pros:

Room was quiet. Shower temperature was reasonable. Beds fine. Internet worked. Wife liked breakfast and coffee. Room available before check in time (great). Soaps in the bathroom and showers in dispensors. Love the smell of the shower soap. Ice machine was in a good location and worked well. No noise on 4th floor.

Cons:

Room Thermostat not sensitive enough. Temperature swings too large before kick in/turn off. AC noise not too bad, but not quiet. 1 of the outlets between the beds not work. Pillows are terrible (zero firmness).

The best hotel experience in North Austin
Pros:

I’ve been staying in Austin for business for about 15 years, and the last few years I will only stay at this location. It started because Hilton Garden Inn has comfortable beds, a restaurant, a good store/pantry, and it is close to my office. But the reason that I logged onto TripAdvisor was to recognize the front desk staff…I’ve always had an amazing experience, but Neo is most memorable. She makes it feel like you’re at a luxury resort with her professionalism and white glove treatment. When you see someone who enjoys their job so genuinely, it takes the experience to another level. She is a gem!
