Pros:

We had a large room, comfy beds and very clean. We had a kitchen. It was very nice for the price. Breakfast was good. The staff was nice and very welcoming.

Cons:

We left early for the day and that evening we came back and the beds were made not made and no fresh towels were added. I went to the front desk and asked which they were very accommodating and apologized.

Somewhat disappointed.
Pros:

Overall we were happy with our stay. Accommodations were great, support staff not so much.
Three things:
1. We asked for adjoining rooms & were told by the front desk that they did that. However whoever assigned the rooms must not know the layout because 425/426 are not adjoining, they are down the hall from each other.
2. The water softener system is set too high because it took forever to rinse & get the soap off when showering.
3. No one advised us that breakfast on a weekday morning is only until 9:00, we arrived at 8:55 and they were already breaking down breakfast. The breakfast person Monday AM had an attitude. Housekeeper did basically nothing the 3 nights we were there.

Best Hotel for lack of sleep and allowing nonguests to use pool
Pros:

We came down on Vacation on July 17, 2026, night around 7,8pm. It was extremely noisy;people yelling/screaming coming into the hotel.There were people coming to their room that reeked of a foul smell-pot.There was a man smoking pot out in the parking lot close to the hotel door and he came inside.We saw the front desk clerks let people they knew into the pool; their friends-People not even staying at the hotel.There were 30-50 people all crowding in and around the pool,screaming,yelling,running,carrying on,obnoxious and the game room which prevented your paying hotel customers from being able to enjoy them or to even use them.Around 2am there were unruly people running up/down the steps,making loud thumping noises jumping throwing things down etc.This was the noisest hotel we’ve ever been to! And the bed was very uncomfortable; lumpy as all get out!! Go somewhere else if you want to get a good nights rest cause you won’t get any sleep here. On the positive; it was one of the cleanest hotels and really good breakfast but because of the noise,lack of sleep and nonguests being allowed to invade the pool-take it over and the game room too=we will never go to your hotel again.

The food was amazing for breakfast, many options.

Cons:

There was not much to dislike, if I genuinely have to pick one thing I would say I wish the rooms could be colder on the AC but it was still comfortable.

Excellent property and service in a semi-suburban location.
Pros:

I stay at this property once or twice a year. It is my "home away from home" when I return to Willow Grove to visit family. The property is very clean, very-well maintained and the Front Desk team is very professional.

When I visit, there are sometimes groups at the property, for weddings, etc., and everything flows smoothly. They have great EV/Tesla charging under new parking lot overhead panels.

There is a small, indoor swimming pool. Tidy Laundry room. Hot and cold breakfast daily is good quality. Plus an outdoor courtyard.

The Hotel shares a parking lot with Outback Steak House. And here is a sampling of establishments within walking distance: Walmart, Lowes, Subway, Sam's Club, Corner Bakery, Fresh Market grocery store, Five Guys, Cold Stone, UPS Store, plus....

I highly recommend this location for both short visits and extended stays.
