Die Lage zum Stadion und Flughafen waren perfekt!

Cons:

Bei einem Crown Plaza hat man andere Bilder im Kopf. Und so nicht die Fantasie ein Schnippchen schlagen lassen!

Die Lage des Hotels. Das Raumangebot beim Frühstück.

Cons:

Der Müll auf dem Balkon und in den Mülleimer
vom Vorgast. Die Dusche ziemlich klein und undicht. Kaffeezubehör vorhanden aber nichts zum Umrühren. Die falsche Angabe zu dem Preis für das Parken anstatt 20 - wurden 30,- Euro berechnet.
Roomservice war überhaupt nicht unter angegebener Nummer erreichbar.

Zimmer waren ganz ok.

Cons:

Obwohl wahrscheinlich schon Zimmer vor 15 Uhr fertig waren in so einem grossen Haus durfte nicht ein Gast vor genau 15 Uhr aufs Zimmer. Und das bei der Hitze, so dass sich eine grosse Menschenmenge in der Lobby tummelte.
Extrem unfähiges Personal.
Klimaanlage war extrem laut.
Die Angaben zu Parkplatzgebühren stimmten nicht.

Empfehlenswert, allerdings hat der Service im Frühstücksbereich noch Luft nach oben.

Das Zimmer mit Klimaanlage und Balkon.
Das sehr freundliche Personal an der Rezeption.
Das Frühstück war vielfältig und gut .

Cons:

Der Service im Frühstücksbereich hat sich lebhaft miteinander unterhalten und dabei nicht wahrgenommen, dass Gäste gegangen sind.
Die Tische waren somit nicht abgeräumt und neu gedeckt worden.
Sehr schade , da das Hotel ansonsten sehr schön war.
