Cons:

Unsere Zimmer waren in die Jahre gekommen, viele Kratzer und zu wenig renoviert. Es wurden uns zwei Zimmer nebeneinander angekündigt, sie waren jedoch in unterschiedlichen Stockwerken. Das rezeptionspersonal war demotiviert. Eher 2,5 als 4 Sterne.

the reception staff were not the best in terms of attitude and were not very helpful.
They also have a strict check-in policy — check-in is at 3 PM with no exceptions.”

They promise more than they deliver, but overall a good experience!
Pros:

The breakfast was amazing, many delicious options. The staff was accommodating.

Cons:

First they gave us the wrong room, and the key card wasn't working. They moved us to the right room right away, though. On the official website, they state the following: free slippers in every room, storage room for your luggage. Not applicable. I had also personally emailed the hotel to confirm the distance between the hotel and the stadium. They assured me it was a 20-minute walk, but we then realized that it's actually 45 minutes.

Raitoivaunupysäkki hotellin edessä.

Cons:

Aamiainen oli aika perus, ei mitään ylimääräistä. Siivous ei vastannut odotuksia. Sama hammastikku oli lattialla jo tullessa, sekä vielä lähtiessäkin.

Pros:

Alles in Allem waren wir mit unserem Aufenthalt zufrieden. Ein leckeres Frühstück hat den Tag gut Beginnen lassen. Die Lage zum Waldstadion, den man fußläufig in weniger als einer halben Stunde erreichen konnte, war perfekt.

Cons:

Puhh der Check In Prozess war mit 50! Minuten anstehen dann doch sehr lang :(... Wenn man den Check In ab 15 Uhr öffnet und ein Konzert- und/oder Fussballwochenende ansteht - sollte man die Abläufe irgendwie ändern...

Too expensive for the service provided

The location close to the stadium

Cons:

I didn’t have hand soap in my room, asked the front desk and the cleaning staff to bring some, both wrote it down but I had to wash my hands with shampoo
Also the bar by the front desk is really slow
