Für eine Nacht war das Hotel absolut in Ordnung. Die Zimmer waren sauber, das Bad ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen.
Pros:

Der Eingangsbereich die Rezeption war alles sehr schön. Auch, dass wir auf unserem Zimmer eine Klimaanlage hatten, die bereits eingeschaltet war bei 40° Außentemperatur war sehr angenehm.

Cons:

Aus den Bewertungen bei booking.com war zu lesen, dass der Deutsche Bank Park nur 10-15 Minuten entfernt sei. Die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption konnten es auch leider nicht erklären, wie man dorthin läuft, auch nicht, wie man dort hinfährt. Letztlich sind wir dann insgesamt 8,4 km gelaufen, um hin und zurück zu kommen.

Ansich ein angenehmes Hotel was hoffentlich nachbessert!

Das Personal war nett und hilfsbereit

Cons:

Meine Unterkunft musste nachträglich gereinigt werden und in der Unterkunft meiner Begleitung war sogar noch Müll im Mülleimer! Als Entschädigung gab es einen Getränkegutschein für ein Getränk! Am Ankunftstag (einem Samstag zu einer Großveranstaltung im Stadion) war das Restaurant nicht geöffnet! Man hat leider auch online keinen Vermerk gehabt!

Das Personal war hilfsbereit

Cons:

Die Tassen im Zimmer waren nicht sauber, insgesamt hätte es sauberer sein können. Obwohl nicht gewünscht, wurden die Handtücher gewechselt, dafür jedoch kein Toilettenpapier nachgefüllt.
Die zimmerkarte hat ständig nicht funktioniert. Der Fahrstuhl wurde so stark frequentiert, dass man minutenlang darauf warten musste. Der Frühstücksbereich war massenhaft überfüllt.

Für ein paar Nächte empfehlenswert

Das Frühstück war ok, die Nähe zum Stadion ist super. Das Personal sehr freundlich

Cons:

Staub könnte in den Zimmern mal entfernt werden(Leisten, Lampenschirme am Bett)

Das Zimmer hatte eine gute Größe und war gut ausgestattet.

Cons:

Beim Frühstück war es zu voll und durch die engen Räumlichkeiten angespannt.
Der Fahrstuhl fuhr bereits an während die Tür noch offen war und ich einstieg. Also Vorsicht ist geboten!
Die Flure könnten renoviert werden.

schönes Wochenende in entspannter Umgebung
Pros:

Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und es hat uns eigentlich an nichts gefehlt
Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr reichhaltig
Die Hotelbar war länger offen als erwartet.....
