Séjour agréable dans l’ensemble.
Pros:

L’hôtel est propre, tout comme les chambres. L’emplacement est très pratique et permet de se déplacer facilement. Le parking souterrain est également un vrai plus : propre, facile d’accès et peu fréquenté lors de notre séjour

Cons:

En revanche, point négatif concernant notre réservation familiale : nous n’avons jamais obtenu le lit d’appoint demandé pour notre enfant de 9 ans. Le personnel nous a attribué une chambre avec un grand lit double sans supplément, ce qui est appréciable, mais une chambre avec deux lits simples et un lit d’appoint aurait été nettement plus confortable pour notre famille.

Clean rooms in a great location
Pros:

Central location to trains, buses, restaurants and shops. Very clean room and breakfast was a great choice

Cons:

Air conditioning can’t be turned down and having window open is not great if you have a room at the front of hotel.

Absolut empfehlenswerter Aufenthalt - muss wiederholt werden.
Pros:

Das Zimmer war schön groß mit einem wunderbaren King-Size-Bett. Sehr gepflegte Räume. Das Frühstück und auch die Speisen im Restaurant sind absolut zu empfehlen. Es ist für jeden Geschmack was dabei. Sehr freundliches Personal und eine ausreichend große Tiefgarage mitten in Offenbach.

Cons:

Leider war der Aufenthalt zu kurz.

ALL the other hotels we staying in with Trafalgar run rings around the Sheraton - disappointing.
Pros:

Breakfast was great, location next to the park was lovely. That it was a Sheraton - HOWEVER keep reading

Cons:

We were booked in here as part of a Trafalgar Tour, so we staying one night prior to the start of our tour. Being Sheraton, and we were advised that the hotels on the Trafalgar tour were of 4 star quality, we were very disappointed in our room. It was very dated, there was a big mark on the wall behind the bed that looked like a blood spatter that had been rubbed out. The bathroom was very mouldy and the tap fitting was half off the wall and you could see the pipes going into the wall. Not at all what I expect for a Sheraton that's for sure.

Das Personal hat die Worte Freundlichkeit und Lösungsorientiert nicht gelernt. Absolute Katastrophe. Frau Zosel (Front Office Managerin) ist definitiv fehlbesetzt auf dieser Stelle, ich schüttele immer noch den Kopf über so viel Arroganz. Sheraton ist nicht mehr das was man früher mit der Marke verbunden hat. Abgewohnte Möbel, Frühstück nur halbherzig (es wurde nicht aufgefüllt).

Pros:

A very poor experience from start to finish.
As soon as I arrived for check-in, the receptionist responded to my “hello” with a blunt “ID please.” It honestly felt more like going through border control than checking into a hotel.
I asked if my date modification had been processed without any additional fee, and I was told that it had been confirmed.
Then came the room: a dark, ground-floor room that felt very outdated. The bathroom was old-fashioned, some power outlets were barely attached to the wall, and the TV was so old that you have to wait about 30 seconds between pressing the button and the channel actually changing. There wasn’t even a coffee machine in the room.
The bar staff, however, were very friendly. Unfortunately, the snack served with drinks was a extremely salty soft cardboard that they call “homemade chips.” The snack was so salty that it actually woke me up in the middle of the night — I had to drink almost two liters of water just to get the taste out of my mouth.
At checkout, I was told that I had to stay one more night because my date modification had supposedly not been processed. After about five minutes of searching, they finally found the correct reservation — but then informed me that I now had to pay a modification fee.
This fee was not clearly indicated in the Bonvoy app. I travel every two weeks and regularly stay with both Accor and Bonvoy hotels, and I modify reservations quite often. Hotels are usually understanding and flexible. That was not the case here.
The manager simply told me to read all the terms and conditions and ended the conversation.
I’m very disappointed with this Marriott experience and especially with how my complaint was handled. I would not recommend this hotel for business travel — unless you enjoy paying a high price for something that feels closer to a prison-like experience than a hotel stay.
