The location was perfect and the room very comfortable with great amenities.
Pros:

We didn't have breakfast, because of a very early flight out. The cost of the breakfast seemed very high.

Cons:

There should be options for a smaller breakfast, not just as add ons. Not everyone has time or appetite for a huge meal in the morning.

het ontbijt beviel mij het meest
echt topkwaliteit
inchecken ging ook soepel
alhoewel de verstaanbaarheid in het Engels beter kon

Perfecte overnachting na late vlucht

De locatie. We liepen zo vanaf vliegveld naar het hotel en ook zo naar de parkeerplaats. En ook het ontbijt was echt super.

Boring ... but in a REALLY good way :-)
Pros:

We fly to and from DUS about 4 times a year and have used the Sheraton on multiple occasions, starting back from 2014.
Obviously the location is great (especially when you have to catch the red-eye flight), but what I find most impressive is that the overall quality of staff/beds/restaurant/breakfast/cleanliness/rooms has never lost its high standard. Which is highly unusual these days and worth to be mentioned.

So for us it is more like a home from home - which is a great achievement. Case in point: This time we arrived early on a Sunday, dropped our rental car off, went straight to the hotel, had a 5 minute Check-in, room was already waiting for us, with new beds (as comfy as always) and everything nice and clean and in working order. We were pretty tired, so we just had a meal and spent the next 12 hours in our quiet and comfortable rooms.

Check-out next morning was a breeze, then a 5 minute walk to the Airport check-in. Boring - but in a really good way :-)

Good value for this hotel, but get up early, because that the trafic further out on the free way,
Pros:

the hotel is very calm and quiet during the night, no noice from the aircon, no rumble or flight noice at all
