Pros:

All factors combine, train, hotel in airport and facility to arrive for my early moornng flight

Location, location, location.
Reception desk did an excellent job.

Cons:

-The bathtub is out-of-date. Only showers now appear in modern hotels.
-The only 220 outlet to charge electronics was in the bathroom.
-On the night table by the bed there were 2 phone charging outlets, the only problem is that they are generally outdated and not compatible with more current charging cables.
-This was my 1st time at the Dusseldorf Airport Sheraton, so other than knowing to get off the Skytrain at terminal C, I really was having a challenge locating the hotel entry point. I recommend a little more signage for those of us who are directionally challenged. Better yet, have someone not familiar with the airport or location of the hotel and let them fund the hotel point of entry.
-I paid €15.00 for a Bourbon Manhattan-up cocktail. The bartendar did not know how to make it, and when I showed him the reciepe online, he did his best, but it was not even close 😝 to what I ordered.

Exceptional stay — comfortable and exceeded expectations.
Pros:

Very comfortable stay with exceptionally kind and helpful staff. Almost everything was perfect throughout my visit. I highly recommend this hotel for travelers arriving at or departing from Düsseldorf Airport.

Cons:

Nothing in particular — everything was up to our satisfaction and met our expectations throughout the stay.
