The service was bad a representative call me to resolve the problem, had the worse attitude

Cons:

The only thing was decent was Ms Chelsea, she was able to help me with verify that I was double charged. And let me check into my room. But the room was the wrong one. I reserve a king size but I got two queens. I just left the hotel n told the staff I’m leaving. Being double charged for the wrong room. Didn’t sit right with me.

We enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to friends.
Pros:

Location, security, cleanliness. The facility was well maintained inside and out. We were pleased with the appearance of the facility. The room contained features that we were pleased with.

Cons:

The parking was secure. Only problem was there was an additional fee to park.

The employees were friendly and good at their jobs!

Cons:

1. Overpriced 2. Parking was too much. 3. No bars in shower or toilet. 4. No breakfast provided or good coffee. 5. Slippery shower.
