Juste incroyable

The room is spacious, with a large and wide balcony. The room has a refrigerator and a mini electric stove. Special thanks to the Professional team at the reception. We forgot the money in the safe, the team arranged everything so that our friends could get it.

Cons:

We couldn't handle the lighting controls. The lights and sockets were turned on when the toilet light was turned on, otherwise it did not work.

Pros:

Були 2 ночі у номері з ліжком Kingsize. Усе сподобалось, особливо вигляд з вікна та басейн на 22 поверсі. Постіль чиста, мʼяка та зручна, у номері ідеальна чистота. Близько магазини, ресторани та громадський транспорт.

Cons:

Усе було ідеально, зауважень нема, крім того, що нажаль не змогли нам організувати пляшку шампанського у номер для романтичного святкування річниці весілля.

first of all the guy in the reception give me a wrong room number, and I took my stuff by myself. There is no help. There is no staff helping me with my luggage and he give me a wrong room number. I went there. I knocked the door and I was embarrassed cause one guy tell me what you are doing in my room, blah blah blah blah blah, and I go again to him in the reception. He gave me the right room number and I took my luggage again there there is no one helping you there in this hotel

Hätte mir klarere Kommunikation gewünscht - beim Lift und wegen der Flasche und den Gläsern.

Spa Bereich war super!

Cons:

Wir haben mit Freunden eine Flasche Wein für den Spa bereich bestellt. Eine Mitarbeiterin des Spa Bereiches hat mit uns kurz vor Schluss (wir waren über 2h dort und die Flasche war leer) noch eine Standpauke gehalten und diskutiert das im Spa bereich kein Glas erlaubt ist, was auch Sinn macht. Wir haben ihr freundlich versucht zu sagen, das sie das in diesem Fall dem Barpersonal sagen soll weil wir klar gesagt haben, das wir das gerne im Spa konsumieren möchten. Sie hat und abgefertig und alle Besucherinnen raus gejagt. Der Lift war am Abreisetg kaputt (alle 6) und wir sind 18 Stockwerke mit Koffer runtergelaufen. Zum glück waren die Kids nicht dabei.

Jestem bardzo zawiedziony....
Cons:

Personel, który obsługiwał nas w chwili przyjazdu był nieprofesjonalny, rejestracja trwała 50 minut, co o godzinie 2.45, w nocy, ma bardzo duże znaczenie....!!! Wyjątkowo niesympatyczna i nieuprzejma ochrona!!!
