Check In Prozesse sehr verbesserungsbedürftig

Sauberes Zimmer, sehr gutes Frühstück und freundliches Frühstückspersonal

Cons:

Gebuchtes Zimmer war 15 Uhr zum Check In nicht bereit (Gast war noch im Zimmer?), mussten dann aufgrund von Zeitmangel auf Alternative ausweichen, Alternative wurde nicht im System erfasst (Hausmeister versuchte ins Zimmer zu kommen weil angeblich Waschbecken kaputt), angebliches Upgrade (Küche im Zimmer) war genau das was gebucht worden ist, Dusche läuft aus

Für den Preis verlief der Check In sehr chaotisch, widersprüchliche und nicht ehrliche Erklärungen zur Situation, Rezeption wirkte unbeholfen und nicht sehr serviceorientiert - Schade!
