Zeer prettig hotel, fijne en schone kamer en prachtige ontbijtzaal, met uitgebreid ontbijt. De kamer voelde als een gezellige slaapkamer.

Positive Spots überschattet durch ungepflegtes bis unangenehmes Zimmer.

Eigentlich ein schönes Hotel in guter Lage
Parkmöglichkeit für Fahrrad sowie Stromanschluss zum Laden

Cons:

Außer den öffentlichen sehr schönen Räumen war der Gesamtzustand sehr ungepflegt. In meinem Zimmer: Teppich verschlissen, Kühlschrank verbeult, Möblierung lieblos sowie ein Gerät zum Vertreiben von Ungeziefer in meinem Zimmer installiert. Habe mich unter den Umständen nicht wohl gefühlt.
Da ich nur eine Nacht blieb und nach dem Checkin das Personal Feierabend hatte, kam ein Zimmerwechsel am Folgetag nicht in Frage.

Было все просто превосходно! В день заезда у меня был день рождения и я попросила номер с красивым видом из окна и мне любезно предоставили такой вариант без доплаты 🤗, к тому же я приехала немного раньше времени заселения, но девочки быстро подготовили мне номер, за что им отдельная благодарность 🌷Приятно было пообщаться на ресепшене с Викторией, она любезно рассказала о местных достопримечательностях и дала рекомендации по ресторану, где можно уютно и атмосферно провести вечер. Завтрак в отеле был просто потрясающим, вкусным , свежим и разнообразным. Интерьер очень красивый и атмосферный. Весь персонал отеля приветливые и обаятельные профессионалы своего дела 👍🤗
Моя искренняя рекомендация останавливаться в этом отеле, если вам нужна атмосфера уюта, заботы и красивого интерьера 🤗👌👍

Nettes Jugendstilhotel, renovierungsbedürftige Badezimmer
Pros:

Sehr gutes Frühstücksbuffet in wunderbarem Ambiente. Hilfreiches und gut erreichbares Personal auch am Wochenende.
Süße Zimmer mit Blümchentapete und Kühlschrank.
Wir hatten sogar einen kleinen Balkon!

Cons:

Unsere Dusche war kaputt, nur heißes Wasser kam aus dem Hahn. Dieses Problem scheint in dem Hotel in mehreren Zimmern zu bestehen. Da wir an einem Sonntag ankamen, bekamen wir Hilfe per Telephon und uns wurde ein anderes Zimmer zur Verfügung gestellt. Allerdings lag dieses noch ein Stockwerk höher, was bei den sehr steilen, engen Treppen schon anstrengend ist.
Für unsere Bedürfnisse war das Bett zu weich.

The friendliness and helpfulness of the staff; the decor of the hotel; the location isn't in the historic centre but it isn't far and the walk there, depending on the chosen route, takes one through very scenic and pedestrianized areas of the city.

Pros:

The hotel is near MSKA, so a good place for a visitor to the museum. District is also full of restaurants and bars, etc. The common area - reception, hall, breakfast room are a beautiful example of art nouveau, inspiring before the museum and harmonising afterwards. Even better in reality, than on the pictures! People working there are exceptionally friendly!

Cons:

The room I stayed had no air conditioner and during the heatwave with outside temperatures well above + 30, it was a bit too warm inside as well.

Pros:

Ik was voor werk in Antwerpen. Het ontbijt was om 8:30 uur. In overleg werd het ontbijt de avond daarvoor klaar gezet op de kamer zodat ik gewoon om half 7 kon ontbijten. Top geregeld.

Het personeel was vriendelijk, het ontbijt was goed en het was niet ver van het centrum

Cons:

De slaapkamer was snikheet en het bed was best wel hard. De kamer was heel klein. Ik vind dat op zich niet erg maar al met al vind ik het de prijs-kwaliteit verhouding niet helemaal goed.
