Pros:

Sehr gute Lage und saubere Zimmer wenn auch in dir Jahre gekommen.

Cons:

Das Essen (Mittags) hat deutliches Verbesserungspotenzial. Wir hatten ein Brotzeitbrett und ein Sandwich. Das Brotzeitbrett, war ein Teller mit Aufschnitt und dazu trockenes Baguette, in Bayern ist das mehr mangelhaft.

Der Wellnessbereich ist durch die Anzahl an Kindern nicht zum Entspannen geeignet bzw. es ist eine hohe Lautstärke.

Location is fantastic! The route around the lake is amazing and perfect for a walk with kids, including with a stroller.

Cons:

The rooms are thoughtfully designed when it comes to storage and lighting, down to the smallest detail. This is especially important when you’re traveling with kids, have lots of things with you, and your child needs to sleep during the day as well.

Pros:

Schönes Hotel in toller Lage. Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Wir haben den 60. Geburtstag von meiner Mama dort gefeiert und es hab auch noch ein Geschenk und Dekoration im Zimmer. Es war alles sehr toll.

schönes Ambiente, wenn man Wert auf Spa legt
Pros:

Spa-Bereich ist sehr schön, obwohl es einige bauliche Mängel gibt. Im Bereich Schwimmbad gibt es abblätternde Farbe an den Wänden und Feuchtigkeit an der Decke. Der Saunabereich ist gut.
Ausstattung der Zimmer ist ansprechend.
Wir hatten ein Premium Zimmer mit Bergblick gebucht.
Personal im Restaurant sehr freundlich und serviceorientiert.

Cons:

Unser Zimmer befand sich direkt über der Lieferantenzufahrt. Um kurz nach 7 Uhr wurden Mülltonnen angeliefert und mit viel Radau in den Keller gebracht. Am nächsten Tag ein neuer LKW.
Vom Personal an der Reception wurde dies relativiert und mit dem Hinweis, man müsse ein teueres Zimmer buchen, wenn man eine ruhige Lage wünscht.
