Please note that children under 12 years do not have access to the swimming pool every day from 12:30 until 15:00. Spa treatments must be reserved in advance.

Children under the age of 12 are not permitted to access the SPA area daily from 12:30 PM to 3:00 PM.

Pros:

Es war wunderschön. Wer gern die Natur einmal erleben möchte, ist hier genau richtig. Es ist in einem Naturschutzgebiet.

Cons:

Nicht ausreichend kostenlose Parkplätze. Es gibt eine Tiefgarage für aktuell 11€ pro Tag. Wir haben den öffentlichen Parkplatz schräg gegenüber genutzt. Der war günstiger.

Cons:

"Upgrade"-Zimmer im EG mit Blick auf Mülltonnen und Parkplatz, Lärm ab 6:00 Morgens, zwischen 23:00 und 2.00 Gruppen von angetrunkenen Rauchern vor dem Hotel, leider keine 20m vom Zimmer entfernt,

Pros:

Schönes Hotel an super Lage direkt am See. Die Zimmer sind gross und komfortabel eingerichtet. Das Frühstück war sehr gut und der Wellness Bereich toll.

Cons:

Ich hatte das günstigste Zimmer gebucht und daher die Rückseite auf die Strasse erhalten, die doch etwas laut war.

nicht gut - Hotel sehr in die Jahre gekommen.
Pros:

das Personal war freundlich

Cons:

wir kamen mit dem Vorwand eines upgrades ins Nebenhaus in ein Zimmer mit Seeblick, nur war das auf einem Stockwerk mit Baustelle und wir liefen über fehlenden Teppichboden und Trocknungsgeräte.
ebenso sind nachts Partys an der Seeseite, wir konnten kaum schlafen, keiner scheint sich hier um Nachtruhe ab 2-3 Uhr zu kümmern, es ging durch.

Tolles Hotel direkt am Spitzingsee, ruhig und nicht überlaufen wie am Tegernsee

sehr schönes Hotel, direkt am Spitzingsee, sehr ruhig, sehr nettes Personal, fantastisches Frühstücksbuffet und toller, sehr heller Gastraum mit schöner Holzauskleidung, mehrere Möglichkeiten das Abendessen einzunehmen, sowohl im Restaurant wie auch ausserhalb

Pros:

Sehr freundliches Personal!
Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr vielfältig und für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei!

Cons:

Leider war es kein Zimmer mit Seeblick, denn zum Innenhof war es laut und in der Nacht war es durch die Beleuchtung sehr hell.
