Pros:

Sehr schöne Zimmer, sauber und klimatisiert.

Cons:

Wir hatten ein Zimmer zum Hof hin, dort wurde lange in der Bar gefeiert, dementsprechend unruhig war es bei geöffneten Fenster.

Geräumiges, ruhiges Zimmer. Sehr gutes Frühstücksbuffet. Die Angestellten sind alle sehr freundlich. Gute U-Bahnanbindung.

Cons:

e-mails an eine deutsche e-mail Adresse sollten nicht auf Englisch sein.

Toller Aufenthalt! Nächstes Mal in Hannover sicher wieder gebucht.
Pros:

Der ältere Herr an der Rezeption war sehr zuvorkommend, hilfreich und kompetent. Old school im besten Sinne! Das haben wir selten so erlebt!
Personal insgesamt sehr freundlich.
Großes und komfortables Zimmer, sehr ruhig. Klimaanlage! betten hart, passt für uns.
Frühstück dem Sheraton angemessen gut.
Parkmöglichkeiten neben Parkhaus in anliegenden Straßen möglich.
