Pros:

Frühstück war sehr gut, Personal extrem höflich und zuvorkommend.

Cons:

Eine Bettdecke für zwei Personen ist nicht sinnvoll, abgesehen davon, dass die Bettdecke sehr dünn wark CHI. Toilettenpapier war für die Kategorie extrem schlecht.

We will be back
Pros:

We stayed here for a couple of days and wish it could have been more. The staff were incredible and the rooms very spacious and beautiful. We had the buffet breakfast and it was very good. The location is great, you can get the tram right outside the hotel and you are not in a noisy part of the city.

Pros:

Das Frühstück ist excellent. Vielfältig. Verschiedene Brotsorten Aufschnitt, Marmeladen und frisch zubereitete Eierspeisen. Alles lecker.
Innerhalb von 5 Minuten ist man an einer Straßenbahnhaltestelle . Alle 4 Minuten ( in der Hauptverkehrszeit) fährt eine Bahn ins Zentrum

Unser Zimmer wurde erst nach mehrmaliger Bitte am späten Nachmittag gereinigt. Neue Handtücher gab es nicht.
Das Frühstück hat sich im Vergleich zu unseren Aufenthalten in den letzten Jahren deutlich verschlechtert.
Eine Ladesäule für unser E-Auto war weder in dem hoteleigenen Parkhaus noch irgendwo am Hotel vorhanden. Die Ladesäulen in der Nähe waren zum Teil defekt.

Originelles Hotel, die Zimmer in der vierten Etage allerdings mit dem Charme einer Jugendherberge.
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels ist gut. Es ist auch originell, in der alten Fabrik ein solches Hotel einzurichten. Das Personal ist freundlich.

Cons:

Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmte überhaupt nicht. Die Zimmer in der vierten Etage sind nur über eine Treppe zugänglich und haben den Charme einer Jugendherberge. Das Bad ist grausig, die Möbel sind abgestoßen, teilweise beschädigt und in der Dusche findet sich Schimmel. Die Dichtung der Duschtrennwand fehlte., Die Duschtüren schließen nicht sauber. Insgesamt ist das Zimmer in keiner Weise ansprechend und wird dem Anspruch, den man an ein Sheraton Hotel haben darf, in keiner Weise gerecht.

Ich muss sagen, das Personal war sehr angenehm und sehr freundlich und ist tatsächlich auch auf unsere Wünsche eingegang

Grundsätzlich ein sehr schönes Hotel. Man hätte nur halt hinweisen sollen, dass wenn man ein Zimmer auf der obersten Etage bekommt es keinen Aufzug gibt, sondern dass man treppensteigen muss.

Cons:

Wir hatten zuerst ein Zimmer ganz oben bekommen und ich muss ehrlicherweise gestehen das hat uns absolut nicht gefallen, da er ein bisschen wie eine gut gehobene Jugendherberge aus.

Treppe zum obersten Geschoss weil kein Aufzug wegen Denkmalschutz. War bei der Buchung nicht eindeutig. Teilweise in die Jahre gekommene, beschädigte oder abgenutzte Ausstattung
