Da estrutura, dos funcionários da limpeza , o hotel realmente é muito bom

Cons:

A TV no quarto não dá a configuração para espelhar o celular e também não te dá opções de canais de Streaming como Netflix ou Prime , o que te limita muito, é época de copa do mundo e simplesmente era impossível assistir a um jogo lá , então pra mim é um ponto negativo

Melhor custo benefício de Santiago. Recomendo.

Excelente atendimento dos funcionários, limpeza geral dos ambientes, quartos confortáveis, café da manhã delicioso e ótima localização, da pra ir a pé à vários lugares e estação.

Gostaríamos de registrar nossa insatisfação com o atendimento prestado pelo recepcionista Agostin.

Vale ressaltar que somos hóspedes com mais de 60 anos e, por isso, solicitamos a gentileza de sermos acomodados em um andar mais baixo. Inicialmente, a resposta recebida foi que a mudança não seria possível, pois “daria muito trabalho”.

Após insistirmos, fomos transferidas para um quarto em condições muito inferiores, localizado ao lado do elevador, com elevado nível de ruído. Diante do desconforto, voltamos à recepção para relatar o problema e, então, fomos acomodados em outro quarto, praticamente na mesma posição do nosso inicial , porém no 3º andar.

Essa situação demonstrou que havia disponibilidade para atender nossa solicitação desde o início, o que tornou a negativa inicial ainda mais difícil de compreender.

Além disso, o recepcionista demonstrou pouca cordialidade, sendo rude e nada receptivo durante todo o atendimento.

Lamentamos esse episódio, pois, não fosse por essa experiência desagradável, nossa avaliação do hotel seria nota 10.
