Fue una instancia agradable, comoda.
Pros:

El personal me atendió de manera bastante simpática. La recepción me entregó todas las informaciones y entregó dados que me podrían ayudar. La gente del restaurante es bastante gentil. La Host del restauranto me apoyó para que no necesitara realizar un trámite extra.

Cumplió el objetivo
Pros:

La atención de personal fue excelente. Muy amables y dispuestos a resolver solicitudes.
La ubicacion es muy buena pues esta en un a calle tranquila pero a pocas cuadras de lugares de interes como el MUT o Cenco Costanera.
El desayuno bufett muy completo y variado, permitiendo que cada integrante de la familia pudiera disfrutar seguns sus gustos.

Cons:

El tamaño de la habitacion es un tanto reducido, pero lo que mas llama la atencion es la distribucion de estas, ya que hasta el 5to piso se debe accedes a traves de un unico pasillo relativamente angosto y muy oscuro. La percepcion al acceder a las habitaciones era esta en el pasillo de una carcel.

Regular, ya que mi solicitud no fue considerada.Debe haber una razón pero igual genera frustración.
Pros:

El bar está muy bueno y el personal atiende bastante bien. Por otra parte un plus importante es el estacionamiento que es muy amplio y seguro.

Cons:

Solicité una habitación con vista hacia la avenida Holanda y se me asignó una en el 2do piso sin vista alguna. No me pareció amable esta actitud.

Buen hotel con excelente ubicación
Pros:

Hotel moderno, buenas habitaciones y Muy buena ubicación. Excelente estacionamiento.

Cons:

El Aire Acondicionado no funcionaba. No fue tan necesario pero en otros momentos puede ser muy desagradable. La cafetera tampoco funcionaba.

Cons:

Para el desayuno de día domingo todos llegan más tarde, entonces se llena mucho y hay que esperar. Por lo mismo faltan productos, café, frutas, etc. . Tal vez deberían habilitar otro salón.

Buen hotel de cuatro estrellas, con un par de incomodidades menores.
Pros:

El personal súper atento y diligente, la ubicación, el desayuno, el dispenser de agua potable fría y caliente en todos los pisos, el wifi, la tranquilidad de la habitación.

Cons:

Suponía que en la habitación habría una mesa con una silla para trabajar con la computadora. No fue así, sólo había una pequeña mesa de café en la que pude trabajar sentado en la cama.
No me gustó nada el lavabo: mal ubicado (fuera del baño y obstruyendo la entrada del mismo), mal iluminado (no el espejo, sino la superficie de apoyo, fue imposible leer la etiqueta del jabón líquido), y mal diseñado (es plano, muy poco profundo y con el grifo elevado, de modo que aún con poca agua salpica mucho hacia el usuario y el piso).

La habitación guardaba mucha humedad y calor, el aire acondicionado no era suficiente para mantener una buena temperatura y nivel de humedad.
