Good experience for Lyf funan hotel
Pros:

2 kinds are good for family trips with children and locations are good for young adults and children! Check in are waiting for a while if you book many rooms and wait

Prerequisites are useful and good kitchen and space in room
Breakfast are free when you book in front desk

Cons:

Beds are not always clean

Disappointing
Pros:

Location is good, and breakfast is ok compared to other Lyf breakfasts

Cons:

Poor room facing a wall, was given a room connected to another room via a door ( was very loud poor isolation ) no amenities in the room you have to ask at reception, staff was rude. Rooms were not ready on time check in was late.

Great location
Pros:

We liked the location and the rooms were well equipped. We had all we needed.
The breakfast was nice, there were no fresh vegetables or ham/cheese, but for 3 days it was enough.

Cons:

The bathroom is more of an Asian wet bathroom as the glass divider is too small, but there are no bathroom slippers. The water was just everywhere.

Also, it is not possible to open the window at all and the room feels really stuffy - it was very uncomfortable.

The staff at the reception were not were welcoming honestly.

There is also a hidden elevator to the rooftop of Funan Mall which has an amazing terrace view of Clarke Quay and MBS
