Pros:

Comfortable bed, location was good minus the ambulance's siren's during the night.
Definitely a younger persons stay with the college vibe.

Cons:

Across the road from an Ambulance and fire station so sirens going at all hours of the night.
No fridge in room but did have common kitchen for you to store items just had to go there every time u wanted something.

Great stay, would stay again.
Pros:

The staff were very nice. The room was clean and very comfortable. The bathroom was lovely. There was a big TV too, a hair dryer and good towels. The breakfast was good and the gym was small.

Cons:

The breakfast could have been better, with more variety.

-بطئ في تسجيل الدخول وموظفين الاستقبال طلبو مني التسجيل عن طريق الجهاز مع انهم كانو متاحيين وليس مشغولين
-المغسلة فالغرفة ليست فالحمام
-صغر مساحة الغرفة
-الوسائد سيئة
-التكييف سيء جداً ولا يغطي الغرفة كاملة بسسب ضعف دفع الهواء
-لا يوجد هاتف فالغرفة مما يجبرك ان تنزل للوبي
-عند دخولك للفندق يجب ان تدخل المول ثم تصعد للدور 4 ثم تأخد مصعد اخر لتصعد غرفتك
-عازل الصوت سيء جداً تسمع اصوات الناس فالغرف اللي جنبك والممرات واصوات الشرطه والقطارات فالخارج

Będąc w Singapurze skorzystałbym z tego hotelu ponownie
Pros:

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja. Pokój nieduży, ale bardzo funkcjonalnie urządzony. Hotel mieści się w galerii handlowej z bardzo dobrymi i przystępnymi cenowo restauracjami. Położony jest około 800 m od lwa Marillion. Śniadanie zupełnie wystarczające.

Cons:

Wartość zastanowić się nad nieco lepszym oznaczeniem dojścia do hotelu. I taki drobiazg jako drink powitalny proponowane jest piwo z kranu. Niestety nie wiedzieć czemu personel robi wszystko, żeby z tego piwa nie można było skorzystać. Troszeczkę to słabe.

Great staff, excellent location and wonderful amenities
Pros:

Great location and exceptional amenities. Pouring your own beer for the adults and a ball pit for the toddler are among the great highlights we have from our stay. The staff were super helpful, even had loaner umbrellas for a rainy afternoon walk.

The customer service was phenomenal! After exchanging several emails, they kindly waived the payment despite the non-refundable booking. We truly appreciate their understanding, flexibility, and excellent customer service. Highly recommended! Unfortunately, we missed a connecting flight and were unable to arrive at the accommodation, so we could not use our booking. By that time, the reservation was non-refundable, which meant we were required to pay the full amount despite not spending a single night there. We understand the cancellation policy, but it was very frustrating to have to pay the full price of the accommodation due to an unforeseen travel disruption that was beyond our control.

Свежий, чистый отель с очень маленькими комнатами.
Pros:

Хорошее расположение, Макдоналдс прямо у входа, очень чисто, отель новый. Атмосфера студенческого кампуса, по-другому и не скажешь, оформлено все в таком, молодёжном стиле.

Cons:

Выбор на завтрак немного маловат, но вкусно! Комната тоже маленькая, одноразовых тапочек нет. Я думаю, это скорее крепкая 3-ка, не 4-ка.

Pros:

Spotlessly clean room.
Basin outside the bathroom.
Beautiful view from our room over to the wooded park (Room0903).
Water coolers on each floor in a communal area.
Location above the mall and to transport liks for the MRT, Bus Tour stop and buses.
Really friendly and professional staff.

Cons:

That breakfast did not have fruit/yoghurt/granola or tomatoes/mushrooms; the only thing available, other than scrambled eggs, was fried/sweet/unhealthy.
The window in our room had a technical fault which let the noise from outside in. As we looked out over the emergency services hub and a busy road, the room was noisy. Reception attempted a fix immediately for us (can't fault them), however, this did not completely fix the issue.
The blinds stop most of the light but due to the way they are installed, the room does not stay dark in the mornings.
