Very satisfying stay - high quality in great location.
Pros:

Great design of the rooms and facilities, perfect view over the channel. Very good coffee. SMiling and helpful crew. Comfortable beds with high quality linen.

Cons:

At least few vegetables for breakfast. I missed that aspect a lot.

I will be returning! It was above and beyond our expectations
Pros:

The location is great and the design of the hotel is exceptional. The staff is incredibly nice and go above and beyond for you to have a great stay with them. The vibe and location overall is magnificent.

Cons:

The take away breakfast was not that great. The fresh juices were amazing though and the breakfast at the hotel seemed great.

Pros:

Staff first put in a lovely room but unfortunately I'm tall and the room was not! Like so.many things in old buildings. Staff very kindly were able to switch out room. Great place, great service, great location.

We do not recommend for the first night in Europe if you want to sleep.

Cons:

We were excited to be upgraded to The Artist room. It’s large and spacious. Unfortunately, it is also the front corner of the hotel with a private balcony. People gathered at or around the balcony until nearly 3:30am, in addition the room is at the corner of the alley where a bike queue is to slow the bikers. We spent the night awake as many many pedestrians hit the metal pedestrian/bike gate creating a loud gong. It was impossible to sleep in this beautiful room. Also bathroom is upstairs a very tight spiral of steps so dangerous at night to use the toilet. There is a huge step down from the bed to the door which I fell
off of in the night trying to close a curtain.

Great Time !
Pros:

This Hotel is centrally located and we were able to walk everywhere. The Staff were so helpful and the breakfasts were really above and beyond. I would not hesitate to stay here in the future

Cons:

my room was very very small but it had a great view. I have been traveling for 7 weeks so my suitcase is quite large if you have a small amount of luggage and are a solo traveler this would be perfect

מלון נפלא. הכל מעוצב ומחושב עד הפרטים הקטנים. שירות מעולה. מיקום נהדר. הכל ככ מתוק ומקסים פה שווה את המחיר לגמרי. מאוד נהננו.
