Das Hotel verdient auf jeden Fall keine fünf Sterne wenn ich Sterne geben würde wären das vielleicht drei für den Preis
Pros:

Das Land of Legends im All Inclusive Preis inkludiert war. aber die Preise dort sind sehr hoch.

Cons:

Die Verarbeitung des Badezimmers sowie Interieur vom Zimmer war alt und benutzt und nicht gut verarbeitet also es hat keinen guten Eindruck hinterlassen. Das Personal war nicht sehr freundlich hatten kein Lächeln im Gesicht als ob sie keine Lust gehabt hätten. Das Zimmerservice war nicht immer vollständig da teilweise Handtücher gefehlt haben oder dass die Minibar nicht gefüllt worden. Auch teilweise nicht richtig gereinigt.

Amazing
Pros:

We loved everything about our stay, the personal assistants, the waiters and waitresses, the facilities, the gym, spa and restaurants. The staff were attentive to details and even left some flowers in our room before we left. The trip to Land of Legends was great too. We would definitely come back
