Fantastic stay
Pros:

The staff were exceptionally attentive, friendly, and always willing to help. The renovated room was modern, comfortable, and very well maintained. The lunches and dinners were excellent, with a great selection of fresh and delicious food.

The location is perfect—just a short walk to the sea, with access to the Arena Beach Club, where you can enjoy comfortable sunbeds and order food and drinks right from your lounger.

A special mention goes to the Lumin assistant app and in person assistants. It made everything so convenient—there was no need to visit or call the reception, as everything could be arranged quickly and easily through the chat. It's a great modern feature that really enhanced the overall experience.

Kids club and girls working with kids were great. The team did an amazing job, and our child really enjoyed spending time there.

Cons:

Some things to consider. The only real disappointment was the à la carte meat restaurant. Both my wife and I found the food rather bland, and considering that a reservation was required, we expected a better experience. In comparison, the main restaurant offered much tastier, better-seasoned, and more enjoyable meals for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

We also experienced a few issues with the app. On several occasions, orders placed at the Arena Beach Club or by the pool simply never arrived. In addition, when orders did go through, the waiting time was sometimes quite long.

The AC in the room was tricky, sometimes cooling was not working at the start, only after ventilation. Another thing to consider, covers for the AC monitor, it is very bright at night.

It’s A 6 Star Resort!
Pros:

It is certainly deserving of its 5 star rating. Meticulously maintained and at the highest quality. The service was above and beyond. Fatih , the front desk manager and Hilmi both went out of their way to make us feel like VIPs. Wonderful for couples and families

Cons:

There was nothing that anyone could criticize about this resort. World class food was excellent. All inclusive too

A comfortable hotel with an excellent location and great housekeeping, but limited food options.
Pros:

The location is excellent and offers a more authentic experience than a typical Turkish resort. Instead of aggressive street vendors, there is a public beach and a beautiful park where locals relax. The housekeeping service was excellent, with the room cleaned quickly twice a day, which exceeded my expectations for this price range.

Cons:

The food selection was quite limited, and other hotels in this price range usually offer much more variety. The hotel is also not the best choice for families with children, as there are very few activities for them, although the 16+ areas are a nice feature for adults.

هذا المنتجع ما يستاهل تصنيف 5 نجوم ولا يستاهل مبلغه لانه فيه منتجعات افضل وارخص ولا يليق بمجموعة ريك

1- حجم الغرف لابأس فيه لكن مو افضل شي ، مراتب السرير والتكييف ممتاز
2- خدمة العاملين وجميع الموظفين خدومين ومرحبين لابعد درجة ممتاز جداً جداً

مقارنة ببعض منتجعات انطاليا بنفس السعر او اقل
1- لا يوجد شاطئ خاص وبالتالي لا توجد انشطة بحرية
2- المسابح عددها قليل وصغيره
3- لا يوجد العاب ولا انشطة في المسابح لا للكبار ولا للصغار
4- اثاث المرافق جيد اما اثاث الغرف متواضع وقديم
5- بوفيه الطعام للفطور جيد جداً اما بوفيه الغداء والعشاء سيء جداً مافيه خيارات كثيره والخيارات الموجوده متكرره وجودتها سيئة للاسف الله يكرم النعمة
6- الموقع في وسط البلد ، ممكن فيه ناس تشوف هذا الشي ممتاز ولكن انا اشوفه سيء جداً لانه بمنطقه مزدحمه وبعيد عن الشواطيء الرملية وليس بمنطقه سياحية

Впечатление ужасное, больше не вернемся !

Ужасный отдых ! Отель тянет на 3 звезды , но не на 5! Нужно обращать внимание на отзывы негативные которые оставляют , хотя их почему то здесь мало ! Еда была ужасная, все каждый день повторяется! Вместо фрешов приносят сок с пакета , рыба за 5 дней на завтрак появилась , фото приложу какая , до этого одна колбаса! Повара все стоят между собой разговаривают , не замечая что люди за омлетом встали в очередь как на военной базе , могли бы помочь , чтобы было всем комфортно ! Номера старые , сан узлы требуют ремонта ! До моря идти еще и там в очереди стоять в жаркий лифт с 20 человеками, чтобы на него еще попасть ! Не советую !

I had a beautiful room with a decent sea view. Staff were friendly. There was always a place to eat outside of dining hours. Access to land of legends and the shuttle were an added bonus.

Cons:

Food was abit boring and service for drinks both at lunch/dinner and pool side were extremely slow. Despite having entertainment every night, Most of the performance’s were done in Russian .. which I did not understand…
