Beautiful location and spectacular mountains and sea views from the room, one of the best sceneries on the Turkish riviera coast! The truly unforgettable experience!
The front service desk team welcomes you each time in a such a way that you feel so much valued, very special and very important person. The team consistently provides the outstanding customer centred service. All staff are professional, highly educated, well spoken and highly knowledgeable. May i express a special gratitude and special thank you to Sofia, Maria and Ajar for being so accommodating to our needs, for their readiness to help in every situation and for their great attention towards guests , for their warm and welcoming attitude and professionalism. They are a real pleasure to deal with and to be around. Such a professional attitude goes a long way, retain the customer’s and profit the business.
It was my third visit to this particular hotel, and unfortunately this time the hotel didn’t have a dedicated adults only area by the pool. I think its a must to provide adults only area not only in the restaurant, but by the pool as well. We found it really hard to relax as the families with kids had an access to all areas.
The Chill pool bar service was very slow..The huge TV in a chill pool bar is not needed, too loud and way too bright in the nights, disturbs the sleep quality as it turned on until/after a midnight.
Having said that we had a great time and will definitely be back soon!

Perfekter Urlaub
Pros:

Es ist ein wunderschönes Hotel mit einem Personal welches stets auf das Wohlbefinden der Gäste achtet. Die komplette Hotelanlage ist sehr sauber und das Essen ist einfach fantastisch. Alle sind extrem freundlich und tun ihr bestes um den Gästen den Aufenthalt zu verschönern. Ein großes Lob und Respekt an das ganze Personal.


Ich kann dieses Hotel jedem weiterempfehlen. Ich plane schon meinen nächsten Besuch!

Es gibt nichts was mir nicht gefallen hat! Alles war perfekt!

Отель отлично расположен. Вид на море и на горы очень живописный. Персонал вежливый и хорошо говорит по русски, кухня разнообразная и вообще с едой и напитками(в т.ч.алкоголь) вопросов нет. Виски Chivas 12y.o. и т.д.входит в систему всё включено. Территория просторная и удобная. Велосипеды можно брать и прокатиться до конца набережной. Несколько баров, отличное SPA. Отдельное спасибо индивидуальным помощникам. Заселили в 8.30, а выезд организовали на 14.00 без доп.оплаты!

Pros:

The heated pool is the best feature. Transfer to the Land of Legends. Location near the sea. Staff at the pool bar were kind and polite. Rooms were clean. The staff speaks Russian, but English as well is ok, we spoke English, just get used to being spoken to in Russian if you look blonde. Foods are in a wide variety, and drinks are of good quality.

Cons:

I recently stayed at Rixos Downtown Antalya and felt compelled to share a deeply disappointing experience at checkout.

Upon checking out, I was told by the receptionist that I would need to wait an additional 15–20 minutes for a room inspection before I could leave. This was the first time I have ever encountered such a procedure in a five-star hotel, and I found it both embarrassing and disrespectful.

What made the situation worse is that at no point during check-in or when I purchased the late checkout that same morning was I informed that this inspection process would take place or that it would cause a delay. Had I been made aware, I could have planned accordingly. Instead, I was left standing at reception feeling treated like a suspect rather than a valued guest.

For a hotel positioning itself as a luxury five-star property, this attitude is simply not acceptable. Transparency and guest dignity should be a basic standard, not an afterthought. I sincerely hope the management reviews this practice and ensures guests are properly informed in advance.

Excelente estadía den primavera
Pros:

Muy buena ubicación si quieres aprovechar de conocer la ciudad vieja y alternar con un hotel todo incluido. Nosotros usamos el transporte público para ir varias veces al oldtown.

La atención del personal es muy profesional y hospitalaria, mención especial merece Elemy (camarera del restaurante principal) quien nos atendió un par de veces y notamos que un excelencia de nivel mundos en su servicio.

La aplicación Lumin, funciona perfecto, es muy eficiente y respe de veces inmediatamente, independientemente en el idioma en que escribas. Otros hoteles deberían tener algo equivalente.

Cons:

Los ascensores son un poco de problema, ya que no dan abasto suficiente para la demanda y no parecen estar bien sincronizados. Las escaleras deberían estar mejor señalizadas para que sean una opción a los ascensores.

Pros:

Все було чудово: їжа супер, різноманітна, смачна, гарний вибір. Персонал готелю дуже привітний і дружній, безкоштовно зробили апдейт номеру на sea view, комунікація через мессенджер - швидко реагують на всі прохання. Територія доволі велика: тенісний корт, баскетбольне і футбольне поля, настільний теніс, гольф. Майже все включено в вартість (гольф лише 1 раз). Дитячий клуб супер: з 4 до 10 років дітям буде дуже цікаво, нашому майже 7 і був в захваті. В клубі працює дівчина з Тернополя, не було проблем з мовою! Два басейни, один з підігрівом, один без. Фактично в травні на вулиці +22, а басейні +26 в одному і +23 в другому! Супер! Свій пляж на морі, пішки дуже близько ідти. Є можливість взяти велосипед безкоштовно на прокат, до історичного центру Анталії 2.5 км по мальовничій дорозі вздовж моря. Окремо зазначу що гарно все організовано, немає дурдому з рушниками на шезлонгах коли самі лише рушники, а людей немає. Безкоштовний трансфер і квитки в парк розваг: в травні не було черг на атракціонах і вже працював аквапарк, добре провели час але їхати 1.5 години. Були всього 3 дні, 4 ночі а за відчуттями ніби більш тижня бо дуже насичена програма і класно відпочили. Всім рекомендую!

Cons:

Трансфер в парк розваг на 10 ранку відправлення і в 16:30 назад, варто хоча б о 09 ранку виїжджати бо парк працює з 10, а в дорозі 1.5 години губиться. А краще з 08:30. Також не сподобалось що дуже багато росіян але це звісно не вина готелю, просто до уваги подорожуючих. Тим не менш конфліктів не мали і добре.

We only came here because Dubai was shut - 5* isn’t the same
Cons:

One elevator was out of order the whole time we stayed, and they seemed to turn the other elevators on and off at various times. So we stayed on the 4th floor meaning that the elevator was always full and we would end up waiting for a long time. We have two kids in push chairs so the stairs are not an option (I did have no choice once because I got sick of waiting and took the stairs carrying the push chair with my 3yr old in tow)

The main pool isn’t heated. The kiddies pool isn’t heated. Only the side pool (next to the coffee shop) was warm enough to use. The other ones were totally off limits due to the temperature.

At meal times it was hard to get a table and the staff seem like they are stretched too thin. Drinks take a long time to arrive and there was always something missing. Order a tea and you would not get any milk, or if you got the tea and milk, no spoon to mix it with. The staff are helpful and friendly, there just isn’t enough of them to take care of everyone and keep the restaurant moving with the number of guests the hotel has.

I tried to give them my credit card on arrival so my wife could use the spa and not have to carry cash but they didn’t seem to know how to do that. We paid by card in the end as everything was priced in Euros.
