Pros:

Location was great, good restaurants close by and Manager helped to solve a problem really quickly.

Cons:

Cleanliness was not great. The parking was a challenge when events were held next door. A poor design solution to have a microwave in the room, not worth extra $10 a night.

Was good but it’s been over 4days and I haven’t got my bond back
Pros:

It was comfortable

Cons:

It was really dusty and there was rubbish under the bed, but the stay was good and I would stay again.

Reception close at 6pm. When I check in the reception not telling me is close at 6pm

Cons:

To close to a very busy road. They said I had a room upgrade. I would hate to see the original room. I travel extensively but I haver felt unsafe in a room.like this one. I got up twice to ensure the foor was locked. The bed was two uneven mattresses joind together.

Cheap but not Cheerful
Pros:

The room was clean, comfortable, and generally pleasant, and the shower was excellent. Despite some minor housekeeping issues, the accommodation itself was the strongest part of the stay and provided a comfortable place to relax.

Cons:

I was disappointed by the overall guest experience. The staff were unfriendly and not particularly welcoming, and reception was unattended at check-out despite a queue forming. Breakfast was poor, with only lukewarm food, no visible replenishment of items, and no coffee available at all. Parking was also difficult due to limited availability during an event.

Great location
Pros:

Loved the location and cleanliness of the unit.

Cons:

Despite being told that we could check in until 10pm, the front doors were locked and reception closed at 9:45 pm. It took a while to answer the intercom and I kept getting cut off.
An additional blanket and some smaller pillow options in the room would have been great.

Pros:

Friendly helpful staff

Cons:

We arrived and walking into our room - it smelt really bad - like someone had forgotten to flush the toilet (but the toilet was clean) and the tv was broken - the screen was smashed.
Im the evening we had someone try to get into our room which terrified my daughter
