Nice location, clean rooms
Great staff
No sky
Chose on a wim as close to Ardmore Airport, Hotel and Staff well above expectations for that priced Hotel
food in cafe was not of best quality, it let the Hotel down
Staff were friendly, food was ok.
Room was a lot smaller than anticipated via photos and 2 people cannot sit at the table to eat a meal. The fridge in the room wasn't cold.
During breakfast I had to ask about our coffee order, was told waitress had accidentally given them to someone else. Was shocked when she offered to get them back and bring them to us as they "hadn't touched them yet ". I had to insist that they were remade for us, which they eventually were.
Rooms are clean and facilities are good. Great location with easy access to major roads. Friendly staff for easy check in and check out. Requests at the reception was promptly attended to.
Breakfast was not great as it was same menu everyday with very few choices. No fresh fruit available for breakfast. Refilling of empty serving dishes took lots of time and often attendants had to be notified. No coffee??
The room was clean tidy comfortable
Bed wasnt comfortable it was 2 beds together was hard in the middle and felt uneven. The fan in the room could not turn off unless you take out the key card. We have stayed here in the past and had a more comfortable bed. There was no washer or dryer in the room like the previous room had .
It was the ideal place to stay as I was attending a convention at the Due Drop Event Centre in Manukau.

The location and free parking were great.
The buffet breakfast was also a favourite.
The room was really hot when we arrived and if the curtains were open you could see right into the room. Needs tinting or a sheer curtain.
The room was cleanish but the bathroom including the drain needs a solid deep clean. The drain cover came off when knocked.

Room used ro get really hot due to direct sunlight into rooms from the curtains - made it hard to sleep
Convenient location with ample parking and good access.
The male reception staff member was very helpful whereas the female reception member was on the phone most of the while we had to wait, to get served at least twice during our stay.
Good clean motel ,comfy bed and breakfast was good selection of hot and cold food
