Terrible stay. No issues were resolved after every thing was reported.
Pros:

Location is great. We have stayed here many times.

Cons:

The shower was VERY dirty upon arrival. Was brought to staff’s attention and it was cleaned but when we tried to use the shower it backed up within seconds(probably why it was dirty when we arrived). They pulled the floor drain up and said the problem was fixed and was not. The toilet was also constantly running so my kids and I were unable to use it when we needed it. We had to leave early and didn’t stay our full booking.

The pool/jacuzzi was nice

Cons:

The room was not completely clean. We had to put new toilet paper because the one on the roll was wet, the lamp had stains on it and some of the other lamps where messed up.
In between the wall and one of the beds was like party string.

Excellent place to stay
Pros:

We spent a couple of nights at the Doubletree North Shore at the tail end of a two-week trip and were extremely happy with the accommodation. Extra large (and extra comfy) bed, spacious room, spotlessly clean room and bathroom, large flatscreen TV, plenty of electrical outlets and lots of space in cupboards. Basically everything we needed (oh, and delicious chocolate chip cookies that were the proverbial icing on the cake).

DO NOT stay at this hotel unless you check out the room first......
Pros:

Restaurant and staff were friendly and food for breakfast was good

Cons:

Couldn't believe we were assigned this room. The room windows were absolutely filthy - the drapes were drawn when we entered and when we pulled them back, the glass doors and porch was so bad you couldn't even see thru them. Additionally, the bathroom barely fit 2 people, and everything was old and dingy. I was afraid to touch anything in this room with sanitizing it first.

Alright place, but would choose another hotel in the future should I stay in the area again.
Cons:

The staff at the front desk was rude as if felt inconvenienced by answering questions. Our daughters' bed had dirt in the sheets.

Good location. Clean comfortable room. Good staff.

Cons:

This hotel is not in an urban setting has an abundance of surface parking on site; why do they charge $10 a night for parking? AND why is there an additional $1.86 added fee required to pay that $10 parking fee? Charging guests a $1.86 processing fee for the privilege of paying to park is not a good look for a Hilton property
