Pros:

I want to recognize Wendy at the front counter of the Hampton Inn for the wonderful service she provided during our stay. She was there every day of our six-day visit, and on two of those days, she even helped set up the continental breakfast.
Wendy was very professional, pleasant, and kind every time we saw her. She made us feel welcomed and taken care of throughout our stay. She is clearly a dedicated worker and a wonderful person. Hampton Inn is lucky to have someone like Wendy representing them.

Everything. Friendly, accommodating staff. Kevin was very down to earth and welcoming. Breakfast was awesome and well seasoned 🤤. Room was spacious and clean. Hope to visit again! 😄

I like the Hampton Inn & Suites. The customer service is great and it meets my needs.
Pros:

The breakfast was a typical free breakfast nothing exciting. I would like to see maybe Croissants and Hot Chocolate as an option, not everyone likes coffee.

Cons:

I would like to see a mix variety for the breakfast menu. I stay here a lot when I come to Dallas and it is always the same.
