For the price, the run down rooms are not worth it. Do better.

Great location, lots of bars etc.
Pros:

The location is in a safer environment. Lots of bars and places to eat and drink.
The bar at the hotel was great In happy hour. Food was good except when I ordered a burger and the fries were cold. They offered to take them off my plate and reheat them. What can I say. I sad NO. You could have offered me more fresh fry’s. 😆😆

Cons:

Nothing. Everything was good. I have stayed in other locations near by. This is a better option for singles and couples. It’s a lot safer area and has a lot more atmosphere.

Pros:

The location suited us perfectly, as the port and the car rental drop-off point were right nearby. The staff were very pleasant. They allowed us to check into our room early, which was really important to us.

Soaked Carpet
Pros:

The staff were were nice when staying at the crowne royal.

Cons:

I believe there was some sort of water leak at the room we were staying. The carpet that's next to the bathroom door kept getting soaked with water. Even though we made sure water from our shower and sink didnt get to it. We kept putting a towel on it and every 3 to 4 hours later, the towel would get completely soaked in water.
