We came straight from dock and had to wait 5 hours. We paid $5.00 per cup of coffee for the both of us.

Excellent service and staff and great morning buffet. Perfect location pre-cruise.
Pros:

Great location before our cruise. Hotel staff was amazing and morning buffet great. The room and hallways were rather old and the room showed signs of repairs but overall we were very happy with everything.

Pros:

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. We had car problems, and arrived at the property before check in. We were allowed to hang out at the pool before our room was ready. We were able to check in early for a small fee and they gave us late check out as my car was in the shop.
We had a double suite and it was HUGE!

Cons:

Furniture and fixtures need replacing.
