We stayed in this hotel before a cruise. While the hotel is a little older, it is in a great location…walking distance to the San Pedro Fish Market (DELICIOUS and FRIENDLY). They offer a $20 pp shuttle to the cruise port (5 min ride) AND an Enterprise car rental is attached to the hotel, which is a very convenient option if you need a car. Breakfast is included ( a lovely buffet) and the staff were very friendly.
Clean/ front desk was very helpful.
There was 1 lady with long black hair in the in house restaurant that was very rude. We were ordering our food & she acted like we got her nerves. Her attitude was unprofessional &unacceptable .
Nothing it was over priced. Very dated. Unfriendly staff. Advertising room service but does not have it.
Old building. Rooms smelled like mold in the air. Shower and sink leaked and would not stop dripping all night. Over priced everything. Food was horrible and pricey.
The staff were all extremely welcoming.

The location was nice. It was close to the cruise terminal. The hotel was beautiful and felt clean.
There was no issue with the property. A couple of the staff members were a little rude. There was some misunderstanding with breakfast. I paid extra to have breakfast covered for me and my family. But when we arrived we were told breakfast would only cover the two adults. I was trying to understand what happened and explain my side of things, and the lady was not even trying to be nice about it. She was condescending and very short with me.
When we went to breakfast the next morning, we were trying to see if we could swap out the two adult tickets for breakfast for three kids breakfasts, since I was told the kids breakfast was half the price of the adult buffet, it seemed it wouldn’t be a big deal. The lady we were talking to was short with us and also being a little condescending. I was grateful when a different worker came up and was polite and told us that he would allow the swap.
In both cases, it wasn’t so much the breakfast misunderstanding that was the problem. I don’t know if it was a mess up on my part, or if the website wasn’t clear enough about the breakfast situation. What upset me, is the way I was being treated for just asking questions and trying to understand the situation. I was trying to be polite, but didn’t feel like I was being given the same treatment. I believe people in customer service roles should aim to be polite and kind, even if the request from a guest can’t be fulfilled. I was just a little shocked by the way I was being talked to.
Our rooms air conditioning did not work.
The hotel was very convenient for cruise passengers. Restaraunt and bar on site. Very clean and quiet.
i liked all of it . the pool, jacuzzi,laundry room,the store downstairs,and the room.
