Nice older hotel in a great location.
Pros:

The room was large and comfortable. The shower had good pressure. Loved the decor of the hotel and room.

Cons:

There were things that looked like they needed to be fixed or updated. Breakfast cafe was not open so we went to a local restaurant.

Perfect place to stay if you’re going on a cruise
Pros:

The convenience and we had two rooms that were connected because we were traveling on a cruise. It was actually very very nice and the restaurant was great.

Cons:

Actually, I was very satisfied. It was very nice. My grandkids got in the pool and we just hung out and had a nice dinner downstairs.

Love going there. They also have a contracted shuttle to get you to/from the Cruse Terminal. Staff is also very nice
Pros:

This is the place to stay for a cruise out of San Pedro. The Breakfast (if included or paid separately) is the best around. There are numerous restaurants within walking distance. This was the 5th time we have stayed at The Crown Plaza San Pedro. Will not hesitate to go back.

Cons:

Depending on the floor your room is on, you may have to take an elevator to get to an ice machine.

No hot water in the shower and no replies to my emails.
Pros:

Good location for a stay prior to a cruise, bed comfortable and harbour views. Room was a bit tired like the rest of the hotel and we only got one towel for the second nights stay. Mostly minor issues, however, at NZ $677 for 2 nights one would have expected to have had hot water in the shower. We notified reception on the first morning but it wasn’t fixed and reported it again at check out being told we would be contacted. Never happened apart from a request for feedback from manager Rob Pena upon arrival back home. I replied twice giving IHG Crowne Plaza LA ample time to set things right. Still waiting weeks later and hence my lowly score but honest feedback. I notice this was a problem for another guest recently and its really pretty simple “Do the right thing” please.

A very enjoyable stay in a nice room
