Amazing location
Pros:

The hotel is fantastically located for easy access to Auckland’s harbour, restaurants, bars, shops and ferry to Waiheke island and boat trips.

The rooms are luxurious and very comfortable. Staff are super friendly and can’t do enough for you.

We’ve been here twice and it’s our go to place when visiting family in Auckland. Can’t fault it for service, comfort and location. We will definitely come back again.

City views without the family feel
Pros:

A great view of the city and harbour, very lively on the weekend you can hear the city noises when you step onto the patio and then have peace and quiet when you relax in your room. This is suited for a more professional stay highlighted by the decor, ambience and design of the hotel however this is not somewhere I would bring my family or children as it felt like a large corporate space with no personality.

Superb design, location, amenity and staff. Beau was a superstar!
Pros:

The architecture/design, the location, the hydrotherapy facilities and the staff.

Cons:

It took until our 3rd day and 2nd reminder to have our room serviced. And no, the privacy light was not on.

Great stay and concierge support at Auckland
Pros:

this is a great hotel and the location on the water is serene and breathtaking.
The concierge is truly chef kiss. They helped curate a visit to Waiheke island and it was the trips highlight.
I look forward to returning.

Great place to stay
Pros:

The hotel was excellent. The staff very friendly and professional. Rooms were brilliant with great views. Could not ask for a better venue for a conference.
