Pros:

The hotel was lovely, beautifully decorated - it was a vibe. Breakfast included a fruit plate, eggs done many ways, waffles, bagel, croissant - all delicious. The location was perfect - just a couple blocks to the main avenue Reforma, and walking distance to Roma Norte and Condessa.

Cons:

My one complaint would be where our room was located. We were put in room #3 which was located near the kitchen on the ground floor near the road. The noise wasn't terrible but if you are a light sleeper the traffic and staff arriving in the morning to prep for breakfast will wake you up.

Cons:

J’avais réservé une chambre standard pour deux personnes. Après plus de 10 heures de vol, à mon arrivée, j’ai découvert que la “chambre standard” était en réalité une pièce qui etait vraissemblablement un ancien dépôt ou garage, donnant directement sur l’entrée de l’hôtel. Sans lumière naturelle si le rideau est tiré, sans aucune intimité ou securité si il est ouvert , et pire encore, avec une hauteur sous plafond inférieure à 2 mètres… une véritable impression d’être enfermé dans une cellule.
J’ai immédiatement demandé à changer de chambre. Personne sur place ne parlait anglais et aucun manager n’était présent. Les employés, malgré leur bonne volonté, ont tenté de joindre leur hiérarchie via une centrale de réservation, sans succès — personne ne répondait à 17h.
Après plusieurs heures d’attente, et grâce à la gentillesse du personnel, un changement a finalement été accordé : une chambre de catégorie supérieure pour deux nuits, puis une chambre luxe avec baignoire pour la dernière nuit.
Le lendemain matin, l’hôtel nous a demandé de régler un supplément de MXN 500 pour deux nuits et MXN 1000 pour la dernière nuit, soit MXN 2000 au total, que nous avons bien entendu payé par carte.
Cependant, à la fin de mon séjour, j’ai constaté que l’hôtel avait également prélevé, via Booking, un montant de MXN 4570,11 au titre de cet “upgrade” — un tarif même supérieur à celui affiché sur le site.
Depuis plus de 15 jours, je tente d’obtenir le remboursement de ce montant, sans aucune réponse à mes emails et messages.
Il s’agit clairement d’une pratique abusive. Je vous recommande vivement d’éviter cet hôtel, ou à défaut, de vérifier avec la plus grande attention que vous ne serez pas facturé de manière injustifiée.

Le pire est que j'ai emvoyé de nombreux messages et emails sans jamais recevoir une reponse!

Fuyez cet hotel, il y tant de beaux hotels et de gens honnêtes à Mexico.

Je vais continuer à lutter pour recevoir les charges abusives dont j'ai été victimes.

Un espacio hermoso en medio de la Ciudad de Mexico
Pros:

El concepto del hotel en una vieja casona es hermoso. La atención del personal muy esmerada y la habitacion muy cómoda. La ubicación es muy buena para ir a muchos puntos de la ciudad y el entorno está lleno de restaurantes y bares.

Julio y Marcela son increíbles, muy serviciales, amables y dispuestos a ayudarnos. La casa es muy linda, el desayuno rico y completo y la ubicación es maravillosa

Sehr schönes persönliches Boutique Hotel
Pros:

Alles! Die Zimmer sind toll & liebevoll eingerichtet und alles war sehr sauber. Es gab 3 Gänge (mit verschiedenen Optionen) zum Frühstück, alles war frisch zubereitet und sehr lecker. Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich.

Very comfortable and peaceful stay
Pros:

On a quiet back street and our room (#6) looked out over the central courtyard so was very quiet at night. The room was comfortable with a separate bathroom. The breakfast was tasty and ample. There is a wide choice of good restaurants nearby.

Cons:

It was a 15 minute walk for us to the nearest Metro (Seville).

Pros:

The hosts were fantastic, very attentive and kind. Breakfast is made every morning and is really tasty. The rooms are nicely decorated with good bathrooms and the courtyard is lovely. In a great location walking distance to parks and cafes.
